【摘要】： 隨著中國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的繼續(xù)深入，擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的推動(dòng)力。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的分析，挖掘有效需求不足的根源，，提出擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的對(duì)策建議，進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。 本文的結(jié)構(gòu)：第一章從國(guó)際、國(guó)內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)分析得出，擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需是推動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的原動(dòng)力；第二章從理論分析的角度，論述凱恩斯主義的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、貨幣主義、供給學(xué)派和理性預(yù)期學(xué)派產(chǎn)生的理論觀點(diǎn)及其擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的政策建議，并建立了中國(guó)的IS-LM模型，作為內(nèi)需擴(kuò)大型推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)研究的理論基礎(chǔ)；第三章是我國(guó)為擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需已采取的政策效果的分析，主要從投資和消費(fèi)、財(cái)政政策和貨幣政策的角度來(lái)論述；第四章針對(duì)我國(guó)已采取的措施中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足之處，提出進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大投資和消費(fèi)需求，以及供給創(chuàng)造需求，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。 本論文提出了以下幾個(gè)結(jié)論： 1、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)減緩抑制了中國(guó)外需經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需必然成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的推動(dòng)力。 2、建立了中國(guó)的IS-LM模型。通過(guò)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的IS曲線和LM曲線較發(fā)達(dá)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)國(guó)家要陡。 3、通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)分析得出，中國(guó)實(shí)施的財(cái)政及貨幣政策效果已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn)，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展主要依靠?jī)?nèi)需經(jīng)濟(jì)。 4、我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)要發(fā)展，就要采取有中國(guó)特色的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策，不僅可以采取凱恩斯主義的積極財(cái)政政策，貨幣主義的穩(wěn)健貨幣政策， 同時(shí)還可以采取供給學(xué)派的改善產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)揮企業(yè)活力的政策，等等。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's market economy reform, expanding domestic demand has become the driving force of China's economic growth. Put forward the countermeasure suggestion that expands domestic demand, promote national economy to grow further. The structure of this paper: the first chapter from the international and domestic economic situation analysis, the expansion of domestic demand is the driving force to promote economic growth in China; the second chapter from the perspective of theoretical analysis, discussed Keynesian macroeconomic theory, monetarism, The theories of supply school and rational expectation school, and the policy suggestions of expanding domestic demand, and the IS-LM model of China are established as the theoretical basis of the research on the expansion of domestic demand to promote economic growth. The third chapter is the analysis of the effects of the policies adopted by our country to expand domestic demand, mainly from the angle of investment and consumption, fiscal policy and monetary policy. Chapter 4th focuses on the experience and shortcomings of the measures taken in China. The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to further expand investment and consumption demand and supply and create demand to promote economic growth. This paper puts forward the following conclusions:. 1. The slowdown of world economic growth has restrained the development of China's external demand economy, and expanding domestic demand is bound to be the driving force of China's economic growth. 2. The IS-LM model of China is established, and it is found that the is curve and LM curve of China are steeper than those of developed market economy countries. 3. By analyzing the relevant data of China's economic development, it is concluded that the effect of China's fiscal and monetary policies has been shown, and the promotion of economic development mainly depends on the domestic demand economy. 4. In order to develop our economy, we must adopt an economic policy with Chinese characteristics. Not only can we adopt the Keynesian active fiscal policy and the monetarist prudent monetary policy, but also we can adopt the supply school to improve the industrial structure. The policy of giving full play to the vitality of the enterprise, etc.
