【摘要】：厘清基本概念并正確把握中國當前社會經濟形勢是進一步深化改革的重要之舉,指導思想和理論對社會經濟實踐具有決定性的作用。我國當代著名經濟學家王亞南曾就中國社會經濟改造的理論進行了深入研究并指出應從廣義政治經濟學角度認清過渡時期形勢,他認為價值規(guī)律在中國社會經濟改造中還有存在的空間,但只應作為社會主義經濟基本規(guī)律的輔助手段;王亞南區(qū)分了四種經濟范疇和規(guī)律并分析了"自然觀—技術觀—資本觀"和"生產力—生產關系"兩條社會經濟改造的實踐路線。注重生產和分配而非交換的關系、合理權衡不同資本在改革中的量變和作用、借助法律公正來保證改革效果和方向等是王亞南對中國社會經濟改造理論研究的寶貴的當代價值啟示。
[Abstract]:To clarify the basic concepts and correctly grasp the current social and economic situation in China is an important step in further deepening the reform. The guiding ideology and theory play a decisive role in the social and economic practice. Wang Yannan, a famous contemporary economist in China, has made a thorough study on the theory of China's social and economic transformation and pointed out that it should be viewed from the perspective of broad political economy. Recognizing the transition situation, He believes that there is still room for the law of value to exist in China's social and economic transformation, but it should only be regarded as an auxiliary means of the basic laws of socialist economy. Wang Yannan distinguishes four kinds of economic categories and laws and analyzes the practical routes of "natural-technological-capital-oriented" and "productivity-production relations" in social and economic transformation. The relationship between production and distribution rather than exchange is emphasized. It is a valuable contemporary value enlightenment for Wang Yannan to study the theory of social and economic transformation in China by rationally weighing the quantitative change and function of different capital in the reform and ensuring the effect and direction of the reform with the aid of legal justice.
