區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群?jiǎn)栴}研究

【摘要】: 隨著我國成功加入WTO,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)并存,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)作為宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)的組成部分,其在這一過程中調(diào)整與發(fā)展的好壞對(duì)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的意義重大。但目前,區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展不僅僅存在著地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡問題,而且地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)雷同現(xiàn)象也逐步增加。一旦地區(qū)間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不平衡狀態(tài)加劇,地區(qū)間產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)雷同現(xiàn)象升級(jí),必然使得國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的內(nèi)耗增加,減緩國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速度。 本文以區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的產(chǎn)業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,通過理論研究和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合,對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群?jiǎn)栴}進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。在理論研究部分,根據(jù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)研究的特色,從定性和定量?jī)蓚(gè)角度出發(fā),綜合區(qū)域發(fā)展理論和產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),,構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群間的產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚理論,給出本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ);同時(shí),分別運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué),構(gòu)建了產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群中單個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)模型和產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群整體與國民經(jīng)濟(jì)的系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,給出本文研究的方法論基礎(chǔ)。 在實(shí)證分析部分,運(yùn)用已建立的理論和模型,結(jié)合江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究,并認(rèn)為:江蘇省地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差距在1978-2001年間并不收斂,主要根源在于蘇北、蘇中、蘇南三地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)差距逐步拉大,尤其是蘇北地區(qū)尚未找到真正適合自身發(fā)展的產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群;就江蘇而言,在交通、金融、房地產(chǎn)和汽車這一產(chǎn)業(yè)簇群中,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)和汽車業(yè)是拉動(dòng)地區(qū)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的主要?jiǎng)恿,交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)和金融業(yè)起基礎(chǔ)作用,而具體從拉動(dòng)作用看,房地產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)于汽車業(yè),同時(shí),交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)作用明顯,金融業(yè)對(duì)汽車業(yè)的支撐作用不顯著,而金融對(duì)房地產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。最后,結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果,給出江蘇省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策建議。
[Abstract]:With China's successful accession to the WTO, the opportunities and challenges of economic development coexist, regional economy as a macroeconomic component. Its adjustment and development in this process is of great significance to macroeconomic development, but at present, the development of regional economy is not only the imbalance of regional economic development. Once the imbalance of economic development between regions intensifies and the phenomenon of industrial structure among regions is upgraded, the internal friction of national economic development will increase. We will slow down the development of the national economy. This article takes the industry in the regional economic development as the research object, through the theoretical research and the empirical analysis unifies. In the theoretical research part, according to the characteristics of regional economic research, from the qualitative and quantitative point of view. Based on the theory of regional development and industrial economics, the theory of industrial agglomeration among industrial clusters is constructed, and the theoretical basis of this paper is given. At the same time, using econometrics and system dynamics, the econometrics model of individual industry and national economy and the system dynamics model of industrial cluster and national economy are constructed. The methodology foundation of this paper is given. In the part of empirical analysis, using the established theory and model, combined with the actual situation of economic development in Jiangsu to carry out a systematic study. It is concluded that the regional economic gap in Jiangsu Province did not converge from 1978 to 2001, and the main root is the widening of the economic gap in the three regions of northern Jiangsu, central Jiangsu and southern Jiangsu. Especially in the north of Jiangsu province, the industrial clusters that are suitable for their own development have not been found. As far as Jiangsu is concerned, in the industrial cluster of transportation, finance, real estate and automobile, the real estate and automobile industry are the main driving force to stimulate the regional macroeconomic growth, and the transportation and financial industry play a fundamental role. But from the specific pull function, the real estate industry is superior to the automobile industry, at the same time, the basic function of the transportation industry is obvious, and the financial industry does not have the support function to the automobile industry. Finance plays an important role in the rapid development of real estate industry. Finally, based on the empirical results, the relevant policy recommendations for the regional economic development of Jiangsu Province are given.
