【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)工程咨詢企業(yè)不斷增多,工程咨詢行業(yè)服務(wù)水平不斷提高。GZ工程咨詢公司正是中國(guó)正式加入世界貿(mào)易組織后,國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)化過程中加入工程咨詢行業(yè)的一家民營(yíng)企業(yè)。經(jīng)過10年的發(fā)展,GZ工程咨詢公司已經(jīng)成為了本市一家知名度頗高的工程咨詢企業(yè)。當(dāng)前,隨著新一屆政府提出行政體制改革的口號(hào),以及新一輪中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)市場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)型的契機(jī),GZ工程咨詢公司也迎來轉(zhuǎn)型的重要關(guān)頭。本文希望通過戰(zhàn)略管理的理論知識(shí)與GZ工程咨詢公司的實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合,為GZ工程咨詢公司梳理清自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境與公司資源,為其未來發(fā)展制定戰(zhàn)略方案,從而提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)GZ工程咨詢公司不斷發(fā)展壯大,,并為相似企業(yè)提供一定的參考。 本文通過研究GZ工程咨詢公司的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用PEST分析法與波特五力模型對(duì)企業(yè)的外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,列舉了企業(yè)外部環(huán)境因素帶來的機(jī)遇與威脅;通過對(duì)GZ工程咨詢公司的內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷情況、人力資源與財(cái)務(wù)狀況進(jìn)行分析,列舉了企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素帶來的優(yōu)勢(shì)與劣勢(shì)。運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣列舉了GZ工程咨詢公司備選戰(zhàn)略方案,并闡述了最終選擇差異化集中戰(zhàn)略與建立戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的原因。最后提出了具體的戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施以及控制方案。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of engineering consulting enterprises in China has been increasing, and the service level of engineering consulting industry has been continuously improved. GZ Engineering Consulting Company is exactly after China's formal accession to the World Trade Organization. After 10 years of development, GZ Engineering Consulting Company has become a well-known engineering consulting company in this city. With the new government putting forward the slogan of administrative system reform, This paper hopes to combine the theory of strategic management with the actual situation of GZ engineering consulting company through the theory of strategic management. For GZ engineering consulting company to sort out their own competitive environment and company resources, for the future development of strategic plans to enhance competitiveness, promote the GZ engineering consulting company to grow, and provide a certain reference for similar enterprises. By studying the actual situation of GZ engineering consulting company, this paper analyzes the external environment of the enterprise by using PEST analysis method and Porter's five-force model, and enumerates the opportunities and threats brought by the external environmental factors of the enterprise. Through the analysis of the internal organization, marketing, human resources and financial situation of GZ Engineering Consulting Company, This paper enumerates the advantages and disadvantages brought by the internal environmental factors of the enterprise, and lists the alternative strategic plans of the GZ Engineering Consulting Company by using the SWOT matrix. Finally, the paper expounds the reasons for the final choice of the differentiated centralized strategy and the establishment of the strategic alliance, and finally puts forward the specific strategy implementation and control scheme.
