“地水整合”的城市水系整體空間規(guī)劃建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:城市水系整體空間作為城市地域內(nèi)通過河道、湖泊等水系要素聯(lián)系起來的所有濱水空間的集合,其建設(shè)狀況與我國當(dāng)前城市生態(tài)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程密切相關(guān)。本次研究目的在于通過對已有水系與城市空間建設(shè)關(guān)系的理論研究與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),結(jié)合案例,針對現(xiàn)行城市空間規(guī)劃建設(shè)體系中對河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)關(guān)注的不足,系統(tǒng)梳理水系與城市空間的整合機(jī)制,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出城市水系整體空間的建設(shè)模式、優(yōu)化策略與規(guī)劃方法,以期促進(jìn)城市空間建設(shè)的“地水整合”化發(fā)展,滿足當(dāng)前生態(tài)文明建設(shè)與城市規(guī)劃建設(shè)全面轉(zhuǎn)型的要求。文章的具體研究內(nèi)容如下:①提出“地水整合”與“城市水系整體空間”的概念,從思想與理論兩個層面梳理了本次研究的背景,并對城市水系整體空間的建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀與問題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析。此外,還從理論與方法兩方面分別對城市水體空間與城市濱水空間的生態(tài)化建設(shè)研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)梳理,并對國內(nèi)外典型實(shí)踐案例的建設(shè)核心與經(jīng)驗(yàn)啟示進(jìn)行總結(jié)。②引入生態(tài)學(xué)視角,把對城市空間內(nèi)涵的理解擴(kuò)展至城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能空間的層面,并確定了相應(yīng)的研究方法與研究范圍。從基本特征、生態(tài)功能、運(yùn)行規(guī)律等方面對河流生態(tài)系統(tǒng)與城市空間進(jìn)行解析,作為二者的整合基礎(chǔ)。進(jìn)一步建立水系與城市空間整合機(jī)制的思路框架,將二者整合機(jī)制的研究分為兩個維度:一是水系與城市物質(zhì)空間的整合,分為宏觀空間、中觀空間和微觀空間三個層級;二是水系與城市生態(tài)系統(tǒng)功能空間的整合,分為自然空間、社會空間和經(jīng)濟(jì)空間三個子系統(tǒng)。并在整合要素分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從以上兩方面對水系與城市空間的整合機(jī)制進(jìn)行闡釋。③基于水系與城市空間的整合機(jī)制,從宏觀、中觀、微觀三個層面提出“地水整合”的城市水系整體空間的建設(shè)模式,并從自然生態(tài)、社會生態(tài)和經(jīng)濟(jì)生態(tài)三方面提出“地水整合”的城市水系整體空間建設(shè)優(yōu)化策略。④以水系與城市空間的整合機(jī)制為指導(dǎo),落實(shí)“地水整合”的建設(shè)模式與優(yōu)化策略,構(gòu)建“地水整合”的城市水系整體空間規(guī)劃方法,主要包括:規(guī)劃基本定位、基礎(chǔ)分析、規(guī)劃目標(biāo)與理念、宏觀層面流域生態(tài)格局建構(gòu)與沿岸功能區(qū)劃、中觀層面綜合評價分析與城市水系整體空間控制引導(dǎo)、微觀層面生態(tài)景觀規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃建設(shè)保障。⑤以流溪河從化段沿線地區(qū)水系整體空間為研究對象,在規(guī)劃基本定位、基礎(chǔ)分析與核心問題辨識的基礎(chǔ)上,提出“母親河”恢復(fù)的規(guī)劃目標(biāo)與“藍(lán)帶”恢復(fù)的規(guī)劃理念,從宏觀層面的流域生態(tài)格局建構(gòu)與沿岸功能區(qū)劃入手,制定中觀層面的城市水系整體空間控制引導(dǎo),在微觀層面對沿岸生態(tài)景觀進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),并對從化水系整體空間的生態(tài)化建設(shè)提出保障建議。
[Abstract]:As a collection of waterfront spaces connected by river and lake elements in urban areas, the whole urban water system space is closely related to the current urban ecological development process in China. The purpose of this study is to sum up the theoretical research and practical experience of the relationship between the existing water system and urban space construction, combined with a case study, aiming at the lack of attention to the river ecosystem in the current urban spatial planning and construction system. On the basis of systematically combing the integration mechanism of water system and urban space, this paper puts forward the construction mode, optimization strategy and planning method of the whole urban water system space, in order to promote the development of "land and water integration" in urban space construction. To meet the current ecological civilization construction and urban planning and construction of the overall transformation of the requirements. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1 the concepts of "land and water integration" and "the whole space of urban water system" are put forward, and the background of this study is combed from the two aspects of thought and theory. The present situation and problems of the construction of the whole urban water system space are analyzed systematically. In addition, the ecological construction of urban water space and urban waterfront space are systematically combed from two aspects of theory and method. At the same time, the author summarizes the construction core and experience of typical practical cases at home and abroad. 2 from the perspective of ecology, the understanding of the connotation of urban space is extended to the level of functional space of urban ecosystem. The corresponding research methods and research scope are determined. This paper analyzes the river ecosystem and urban space from the aspects of basic characteristics, ecological functions and operation rules, as the basis of their integration. The research on the integration mechanism of water system and urban space is divided into two dimensions: one is the integration of water system and urban material space, which is divided into three levels: macroscopic space, meso-space and micro-space; Secondly, the integration of water system and urban ecosystem function space is divided into three subsystems: natural space, social space and economic space. And on the basis of the analysis of integration elements, the paper explains the integration mechanism between water system and urban space from the above two aspects. 3 based on the integration mechanism of water system and urban space, from the macro and meso view, This paper puts forward the construction mode of the whole space of urban water system based on "land and water integration" from three microcosmic levels, and from the natural ecology, Three aspects of social ecology and economic ecology are put forward to optimize the overall spatial construction of urban water system. 4. Under the guidance of the integration mechanism of water system and urban space, the construction mode and optimization strategy of "land and water integration" are carried out. The overall spatial planning method of "land and water integration" for urban water system mainly includes: basic positioning of planning, basic analysis, planning objectives and concepts, construction of ecological pattern of river basin and coastal functional regionalization at macro level. Comprehensive evaluation and analysis of mesoscale level and guidance of overall spatial control of urban water system, planning and design of ecological landscape at micro level, planning and construction guarantee. 5 taking the whole space of river system along the Conghua section of Liuxi River as the research object, the basic orientation of the planning is put forward. On the basis of basic analysis and identification of core problems, this paper puts forward the planning goal of "Mother River" restoration and the planning concept of "blue belt" restoration, starting with the construction of watershed ecological pattern and coastal functional regionalization at the macro level. The overall spatial control of urban water system at the meso level was established, the ecological landscape along the coast was designed in detail at the micro level, and some suggestions were put forward for the ecological construction of the whole space of the water system in Conghua.
