【摘要】：針對(duì)地下指揮工程防護(hù)效能的評(píng)估問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)地下指揮工程防護(hù)常規(guī)武器攻擊效能影響的各個(gè)因素進(jìn)行分析,提出了基于熵理論和層次分析法(AHP)的防護(hù)效能評(píng)估數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過(guò)建立判斷矩陣進(jìn)行相應(yīng)計(jì)算,求出各個(gè)元素的權(quán)重值,并檢驗(yàn)一致性。而確定工程防護(hù)效能的關(guān)鍵是計(jì)算各分系統(tǒng)在外界因素影響下的比重值,即通過(guò)熵理論模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算。根據(jù)熵理論公式,對(duì)比熵理論與工程效能的關(guān)系,計(jì)算結(jié)果比較合理,為工程防護(hù)效能評(píng)估提供了可靠的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the effectiveness of underground command engineering, a mathematical model of protection effectiveness evaluation based on entropy theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is put forward by analyzing the factors that affect the effectiveness of conventional weapons attack in underground command engineering. The weights of each element are calculated by establishing the judgment matrix, and the consistency is checked. The key to determine the efficiency of engineering protection is to calculate the specific gravity of each subsystem under the influence of external factors, that is, to calculate the specific gravity of each subsystem by entropy theory model. According to the formula of entropy theory, comparing the relation between entropy theory and engineering efficiency, the calculation result is reasonable, which provides a reliable basis for the evaluation of engineering protection effectiveness.
