【摘要】：東北地區(qū)一直以來都是國家關(guān)注和發(fā)展的重點,獨特的地理位置以及豐富的自然資源是其特有的優(yōu)勢。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化的大背景下,遼寧中部地區(qū)的快速發(fā)展,城鎮(zhèn)化水平較高,工業(yè)基礎(chǔ)完備,城鎮(zhèn)之間緊密的聯(lián)系較使得遼寧中部成為東北最為活躍的地區(qū)之一。本文以沈陽、鞍山、撫順等六座城市的農(nóng)村地區(qū)作為研究對象,通過對村莊布點及分布密度等相關(guān)問題的研究,找出遼中地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村空間布局發(fā)展特點,以指導(dǎo)遼寧乃至東北地區(qū)農(nóng)村未來發(fā)展。本文對遼寧中部地區(qū)六市村莊現(xiàn)狀布點情況進行分類研究,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論及案例,總結(jié)村莊分布特點,探究村莊布點對村莊空間布局的影響。運用文獻閱讀、統(tǒng)計分析等方法,結(jié)合相關(guān)學(xué)者對村莊布點的理論研究,從宏觀層面對遼中地區(qū)村莊布點情況進行整理分析。然后針對其呈現(xiàn)出不同的形態(tài)特點進行分類,總結(jié)出不同類型村莊分布的特點及存在問題。再從中觀層面,探究村莊布點情況對村莊在空間布局上的影響,根據(jù)不同分類,甄選出各類空間形態(tài)下的代表村莊,對村莊現(xiàn)狀情況進行實地調(diào)研,根據(jù)前期的分析以及村莊空間布局上的規(guī)劃與對策,從宏觀與中觀層面對遼中地區(qū)村莊發(fā)展趨勢作出科學(xué)判斷。同時引入有機更新理論對村莊的空間布局進行更新研究,總結(jié)出各類空間形態(tài)村莊發(fā)展規(guī)律,找到適合遼中村莊空間布局形式,引導(dǎo)國內(nèi)農(nóng)村地區(qū)有機健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Northeast China has always been the focus of national attention and development, its unique geographical location and rich natural resources are its unique advantages. Under the background of new urbanization, the central part of Liaoning has become one of the most active areas in Northeast China, with the rapid development of the central part of Liaoning, the high level of urbanization, the complete industrial foundation and the close relationship between the towns. This paper takes the rural areas of Shenyang, Anshan, Fushun and other six cities as the research objects, and finds out the characteristics of the rural spatial distribution and development in the middle of Liaoning Province through the study of the village distribution points and distribution density and other related problems. In order to guide the future development of Liaoning and even northeast rural areas. This paper classifies the present situation of village distribution in six cities in central Liaoning province, summarizes the distribution characteristics of villages and explores the influence of village placement on the spatial distribution of villages by combining the relevant theories and cases at home and abroad. By using the methods of literature reading and statistical analysis, and combining with the theoretical study of village placement by relevant scholars, the situation of village placement in central Liaoning is analyzed from the macro level. Then it classifies different types of villages according to their different morphological characteristics and summarizes the distribution characteristics and existing problems of different types of villages. Then from the meso level, the paper explores the impact of village placement on the spatial distribution of villages, according to different classifications, select representative villages under various spatial forms, and carry out field research on the current situation of villages. According to the previous analysis and the planning and countermeasures of the village spatial distribution, this paper makes a scientific judgment on the development trend of the villages in the middle of Liaoning province from the macroscopic and the meso-level. At the same time, the organic renewal theory is introduced to study the spatial distribution of villages, sum up the development laws of various spatial forms of villages, find out the suitable form of spatial distribution of villages in central Liaoning Province, and guide the organic and healthy development of rural areas in China.
