【摘要】:2014年,中華全國供銷合作總社成立60周年。在紀(jì)念大會召開前夕,習(xí)近平總書記就供銷合作社工作作出重要批示。他指出,在新的歷史條件下,要繼續(xù)辦好供銷合作社,發(fā)揮其獨特優(yōu)勢和重要作用。中央對供銷社發(fā)展的重視,使得似乎遠(yuǎn)離學(xué)界和商界的供銷社又重回人們的視野當(dāng)中。在供銷社的發(fā)展中,社有企業(yè)是供銷社開展經(jīng)營服務(wù)的主體。它的改革發(fā)展決定了供銷社改革發(fā)展的方向,是供銷合作事業(yè)發(fā)展的核心,影響著供銷社的整體服務(wù)水平和社會形象。供銷社企業(yè)在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的改革和發(fā)展過程中,不適應(yīng)的很早就已經(jīng)被淘汰了,歇業(yè)、破產(chǎn)、關(guān)閉。適應(yīng)的大部分被保存下來,面臨生存發(fā)展的抉擇,少部分已經(jīng)發(fā)展壯大,面臨做大做強的機遇。而更多保存下來的企業(yè)在殘酷的市場競爭中,該挖掘的資源與優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)挖掘完了,如何做大做強,突破加快發(fā)展的瓶頸成為一個亟待研究的課題。知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,人力資源,特別是人才資源是企業(yè)的核心競爭力。人的因素是企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。筆者認(rèn)為,在制約供銷社企業(yè)發(fā)展的因素中,缺乏管理人才,特別是缺乏中高級管理人才是重要原因之一。而供銷社企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中,受歷史及自身的原因,對管理人才的培養(yǎng)是比較欠缺的。為了解決這一問題,向社會招募職業(yè)經(jīng)理人不失為一個好的解決途徑。本文以某市供銷社社有企業(yè)KMT公司為例進(jìn)行分析。首先,理論部分本文對招聘理論、委托與代理理論、素質(zhì)模型理論等相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了闡述,分析了這些理論特別是素質(zhì)模型理論對企業(yè)招募工作的價值和意義。其次,在應(yīng)用研究部分客觀分析了KMT公司人力資源狀況、管理者現(xiàn)狀和管理者流動特征,剖析了KMT公司職業(yè)經(jīng)理人招募方面存在的問題和原因。最后,本文以KMT公司招募和甄選職業(yè)經(jīng)理人為例,對勝任力模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建并對招募與甄選流程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。本文是關(guān)于勝任力模型在供銷社社有企業(yè)招聘工作中的應(yīng)用研究,基于勝任力模型及招聘相關(guān)的理論與方法以及在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計的方案對供銷社社有企業(yè)在實施中高層管理人員過程中提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In 2014, China Federation of supply and marketing cooperatives was founded in 60th anniversary. Held in the memorial ceremony on the eve of the general secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions on the supply and marketing cooperatives. He pointed out that in the new historical conditions, to continue to run the supply and marketing cooperatives, to play its unique advantages and important role. The central importance of the development of supply and marketing cooperatives, which seems to be far away from the supply and marketing cooperatives academic and business and return to the people's vision. In the development of supply and marketing cooperatives in the agency business is the supply and marketing cooperatives to carry out the main business services. It determines the reform and development of supply and marketing cooperatives in the direction of reform and development, is the core of the development of supply and marketing cooperative enterprise, supply and marketing cooperatives affects the overall level of service and social image. The supply and marketing cooperative enterprises in the reform and development of the socialist market economy, not to have already been eliminated, closure, bankruptcy, closed. To adapt to the most preserved, Facing the survival and development of choice, few have been grown, facing bigger and stronger and more opportunities. The preserved enterprises in the brutal competition in the market, resources and advantages of the mining mining has been done, how to become bigger and stronger, to break through the bottleneck of accelerated development become an urgent research topic of human resources in knowledge economy. Age, especially the human resource is the core competitiveness of enterprises. The human factor is the key factor in the development of enterprises. The author thinks that the factors restricting the development of enterprises in the supply and marketing cooperatives, lack of management talent, especially the lack of talents in high level management is one of the important reasons. And the supply and marketing cooperative enterprises in the development process, by reason the history and the training of management personnel is relatively lacking. In order to solve this problem, to the community to recruit occupation managers is a good way to solve. This paper takes a supply and marketing cooperatives A KMT company as an example. Firstly, the theoretical part of the paper on the recruitment theory, principal-agent theory, expounds the quality model theory, analyzes these theories especially the value and significance of the quality model theory of enterprise recruitment. Secondly, in the application part objectively analyzes the status of human resource in KMT the company, flow characteristics management status and management, analyzes the existing problems and reasons of KMT's occupation managers recruitment. Finally, this paper takes the KMT company recruitment and selection of occupation managers as an example, the competency model building and the recruitment and selection process design. This paper is about the application of competency model in the work of enterprise recruitment in the supply and marketing agency, is designed based on the competency model of recruitment and the related theories and methods and on the basis of the plan of supply and marketing cooperatives and social enterprises In the process of implementing the senior managers, the industry provides some reference and reference.
