【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟進入新常態(tài)與供給側改革的推行,經(jīng)濟結構調整成為當前中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主要任務,而經(jīng)濟結構調整的主要內容之一便是促進服務業(yè)發(fā)展,使服務業(yè)取代制造業(yè)成為中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主導部門。因此,通過推進服務業(yè)的發(fā)展促進地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的轉型,實現(xiàn)從量的增長到質的提升的轉變,提高地區(qū)居民生生活收入水平,增強地區(qū)經(jīng)濟的綜合競爭力,便成了各地發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的關注的焦點。相對于我國其他省份,尤其是同處于東部沿海的發(fā)達省份,福建省服務行業(yè)存在著規(guī)模小、結構差、競爭力不強等問題。因而,推進服務業(yè)發(fā)展,提高服務業(yè)的競爭力已成為福建省在“十三五”期間實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結構調整、經(jīng)濟進一步發(fā)展所要解決的重大問題。本文在現(xiàn)有服務業(yè)競爭力的研究的基礎上,對區(qū)域服務業(yè)競爭力的概念及理論基礎進行了深入探討,界定了區(qū)域服務業(yè)競爭力的概念、內涵與其特征,在此基礎上,依據(jù)對區(qū)域服務業(yè)競爭力評價指標影響因素分析,建立了區(qū)域服務業(yè)競爭力評價指標體系和模型,對包括福建在內的全國31個省、市、自治區(qū)服務業(yè)競爭力進行了實證分析,將福建服務業(yè)競爭力與其他省區(qū)進行比較,找出福建所具有的競爭優(yōu)勢及存在的競爭劣勢,并結合福建服務業(yè)發(fā)展面臨的機遇,給出福建提升服務業(yè)競爭力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With China's economy entering the new normal and the implementation of supply-side reform, economic restructuring has become the main task of China's economic development, and one of the main contents of economic restructuring is to promote the development of the service industry. Therefore, by promoting the development of the service industry to promote the transformation of the regional economy, to realize the transformation from quantity growth to quality improvement, and to raise the living income level of local residents. Strengthening the comprehensive competitiveness of the regional economy has become the focus of attention in the development of local economy. Compared with other provinces in China, especially the developed provinces along the eastern coast, the service industry in Fujian Province has a small scale and a poor structure. Therefore, promoting the development of the service industry and improving the competitiveness of the service industry have become the industrial restructuring of Fujian Province during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. On the basis of the existing research on the competitiveness of the service industry, this paper deeply discusses the concept and theoretical basis of the regional service industry competitiveness, and defines the concept of the regional service industry competitiveness. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of regional service industry competitiveness evaluation index, the index system and model of regional service industry competitiveness evaluation are established. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the competitiveness of the service industry of the autonomous region, compares the competitiveness of the service industry of Fujian with that of other provinces and regions, finds out the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Fujian, and combines the opportunities faced by the development of the service industry in Fujian. This paper gives the policy suggestions of Fujian to enhance the competitiveness of service industry.
