如何理解高等教育在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的職能,以及解釋區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)動(dòng)力源,是國(guó)內(nèi)外理論界一直在研究和探討的問(wèn)題。就目前研究進(jìn)展來(lái)看,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究者普遍認(rèn)為高等教育對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有驅(qū)動(dòng)作用,并在高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)的共性理論基礎(chǔ)和互動(dòng)實(shí)踐方面有了初步的研究和認(rèn)同。但專(zhuān)門(mén)就落后的地區(qū)高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)問(wèn)題展開(kāi)系統(tǒng)深入的研究還是非常少見(jiàn)。論文選取位于我國(guó)落后地區(qū)的以資源型經(jīng)濟(jì)為特色的西北五省(區(qū))高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)模式構(gòu)建作為研究對(duì)象,采用理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,以及定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合的方法,從我國(guó)西北五省(區(qū))的一般高等教育與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)特征出發(fā),運(yùn)用高等教育學(xué)、教育管理學(xué)、教育經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論和方法為研究基礎(chǔ),對(duì)我國(guó)西北五省(區(qū))不同經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)期高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展進(jìn)行評(píng)析,通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)西北五省(區(qū))高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行全面的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,并遵循高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)效率與效益統(tǒng)一的基本原則,利用主成分分析模型(PCA)對(duì)現(xiàn)階段西北五省(區(qū))高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)互動(dòng)成效關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,然后采用主成分分析模型計(jì)算得出高等教育與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.6...
