文章摘要：文章通過建立空間面板數(shù)據(jù)模型,將空間相關(guān)性納入分析框架,分析了我國1953-2010年地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的絕對收斂性以及考慮財(cái)政政策與人力資本影響后的條件收斂性。實(shí)證分析表明,我國地區(qū)發(fā)展的空間相關(guān)性逐年增強(qiáng),成為影響經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的重要因素;在整個(gè)研究期間內(nèi),我國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長不存在絕對收斂性,期初經(jīng)濟(jì)水平與經(jīng)濟(jì)增長率呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;但在引入財(cái)政政策與人力資本兩個(gè)影響因子后,我國地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長存在條件收斂性。積極的財(cái)政政策與增加人力資本投資能夠促進(jìn)落后地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)跨越式發(fā)展,從而強(qiáng)化經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的條件收斂程度。

Abstr：By constructing a spatial panel data model, this paper intro- duces spatial correlation into the analytical framework, and analyzes the ab- solute convergence of regional economic growth and also conditional conver- gence in consideration of the effects of fiscal policy and human capital in China from 1953 to 2010. The empirical analysis shows that spatial correla- tion of regional development in China increases year by year and is an impor- tant factor affecting economic growth; during the sample period, there is no absolute convergence of economic growth in China, and initial economic level is positively correlated with economic growth rate; after the introduction of fiscal policy and human capital, there is conditional convergence of economic growth in China. Active fiscal policy and the increase in human capital investment can pro- mote the leaping economic development in backward areas, thus strengthening the degree of conditional convergence of economic growth.
