文章摘要：以GDP和人口數(shù)作為測度區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異的變量指標，運用基尼系數(shù)、泰爾指數(shù)、變異系數(shù)及空間中心統(tǒng)計法、地帶分離系數(shù)法，從時間維度及空間角度對環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟區(qū)44個城市經(jīng)濟發(fā)展差異的演變趨勢進行定量分析。結(jié)果顯示：①環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟區(qū)總體差異呈擴大趨勢，第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)收入對總體差異的影響程度加大，產(chǎn)業(yè)的地理集中效應(yīng)大于產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)效應(yīng)；②遼寧經(jīng)濟區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平?jīng)Q定了經(jīng)濟中心向遼寧方向偏移，而河北及山東經(jīng)濟區(qū)合力拉動人口中心向西南方向偏移；③地帶內(nèi)發(fā)展差異特別是河北經(jīng)濟區(qū)的發(fā)展差異是區(qū)域差異擴大的主要原因，，地帶分離系數(shù)以2008年為拐點呈現(xiàn)“U”型結(jié)構(gòu)。最后提出促進河北地區(qū)的發(fā)展是環(huán)渤海經(jīng)濟區(qū)在今后的發(fā)展中的主要著力點，是實現(xiàn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟均衡發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵所在。

Abstr：From the angle of temporal dimension and spatial perspective , using the Gini coefficient, Theil index, coefficient of variation, and the space center Statistics act, regional separation coefficient method, taking GDP and population as variable indicators to measure regional economic disparity, this study chose 44 cities of the economic circle around Bohai Sea to make the quantitative analysis of the development of differences in the evolution of trends . The results showed： （1） the tendency of overall disparity in the economic circle around Bohai Sea is expanding, The income of the secondary and tertiary industries had greater effect the overall disparity .The geographic Centralization effect of the industry is greater than the structure effect;（2） The departure of the economic center depended on level of economic development in the Liaoning economic zone to, while Hebei and Shandong economic Zone pulled the population center towards southwest; （3） disparity development within the zone was the main reason for the expansion of regional disparity, especially the disparity development of Hebei economic zone, The separation index within the zone presented a ＂U＂ shaped structure and the turning appeared in 2008.The results show that to promote Hebei area is the main focus of the development of Bohai Sea Economic Zone. and is also the kev to realize the balance development of regional economy.
