大理白族自治州學(xué)前教育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育是民族地區(qū)教育的組成部分,對(duì)我國民族地區(qū)教育的發(fā)展起著重要的作用,民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展也是我國大力發(fā)展教育、文化事業(yè)的需要。當(dāng)前,國家出臺(tái)了各項(xiàng)政策方針以確保民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展,如:教育支援政策、學(xué)前雙語教學(xué)政策等。這些政策方針都在一定程度上促進(jìn)了民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育的發(fā)展。但目前我國民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展仍然存在著諸多問題,如何解決這些問題,使民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育得到更好的發(fā)展,是擺在我們面前的一個(gè)課題,也是關(guān)系少數(shù)民族人民切身利益的問題。本文運(yùn)用馬克思主義民族理論與政策研究民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育問題,體現(xiàn)中國特色社會(huì)主義民族理論的人文關(guān)懷,促進(jìn)民族地區(qū)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,為民族地區(qū)教育的發(fā)展提供一定的智力支持。本課題研究圍繞少數(shù)民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的問題,目的在于更好地發(fā)展少數(shù)民族學(xué)前教育,改變民族地區(qū)教育落后的現(xiàn)狀。通過查找相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料以及對(duì)大理白族自治州城鎮(zhèn)公辦幼兒園和農(nóng)村民辦幼兒園進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)比研究,找出大理白族自治州學(xué)前教育存在的問題,如大理白族自治州壩區(qū)與山區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展存在差異、民族風(fēng)情文化在課程中的缺失、教師師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)不足等。并針對(duì)問題提出民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的對(duì)策及建議,如民族地區(qū)因地制宜開展巡回走教以及支教活動(dòng)、利用大理州文化資源和特色發(fā)展學(xué)前教育等。由于大理白族自治州存在的幼兒園比較多,故無法對(duì)幼兒園逐一進(jìn)行調(diào)研,所以本文中得出的數(shù)據(jù)不一定完整。本文的亮點(diǎn)有以下三個(gè)方面,一是在以前學(xué)者們對(duì)于大理白族自治州學(xué)前教育的宏觀研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文是通過對(duì)大理白族自治州城鎮(zhèn)公辦和農(nóng)村民辦幼兒園進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查研究得出的結(jié)果,而不僅是從宏觀的角度得出的數(shù)據(jù)。二是運(yùn)用社會(huì)調(diào)查,對(duì)比研究的方法,對(duì)大理白族自治州不同種類的幼兒園進(jìn)行對(duì)比研究,分析問題,理論指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐,得出實(shí)際的解決方案。三是立足于馬克思主義民族理論與政策,在民族地區(qū)學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的視角下研究大理白族自治州學(xué)前教育發(fā)展的途徑、方法。
[Abstract]:Pre-school education in minority areas is an integral part of education in minority areas, which plays an important role in the development of education in minority areas. The development of pre-school education in minority areas is also the need of vigorously developing education and cultural undertakings in our country. At present, the state has issued various policy guidelines to ensure the development of preschool education in ethnic areas, such as: education support policy, pre-school bilingual teaching policy and so on. To a certain extent, these policies and guidelines have promoted the development of preschool education in ethnic areas. However, at present, there are still many problems in the development of preschool education in minority areas in China. How to solve these problems and make pre-school education in minority areas to be better developed is a subject before us. It is also a matter of vital interest to the people of ethnic minorities. This paper applies Marxist national theory and policy to the study of preschool education in minority areas, embodies the humanistic concern of socialist national theory with Chinese characteristics, and promotes the development of education in ethnic minority areas. To provide certain intellectual support for the development of education in minority areas. The purpose of this paper is to improve the development of preschool education in minority areas and to change the present situation of education backwardness in minority areas. By looking up the relevant documents and investigating the public kindergartens in cities and towns and the private kindergartens in rural areas in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, the problems of preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture are found out. For example, there are differences in the development of preschool education between the dam district of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture and the mountainous area, the lack of ethnic culture in the curriculum, the shortage of teachers' construction and so on. The countermeasures and suggestions for the development of preschool education in ethnic minority areas are put forward, such as developing itinerant education and supporting education activities in accordance with local conditions, and developing preschool education by using cultural resources and characteristics of Dali prefecture, etc. As there are many kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, it is impossible to investigate them one by one, so the data obtained in this paper are not necessarily complete. The highlights of this paper are as follows: first, on the basis of the previous macroscopic research on preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, This paper is based on the results of field investigation of public and rural private kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, not only from the macro point of view. Secondly, by using the method of social investigation and comparative study, the author makes a comparative study of different kinds of kindergartens in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture, analyzes the problems, instructs the practice theoretically, and obtains the practical solutions. Thirdly, based on Marxist national theory and policy, this paper studies the ways and methods of the development of preschool education in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture from the perspective of preschool education development in minority areas.
