【摘要】：文章分析了混合學(xué)習(xí)中高職教師教學(xué)能力存在的問(wèn)題,結(jié)合TPACK理論,分析混合學(xué)習(xí)條件下的教師教學(xué)能力構(gòu)成,包括教學(xué)資源獲取及處理、混合教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源建設(shè)與運(yùn)用、技術(shù)與課程整合四個(gè)方面的能力,在此基礎(chǔ)上探索混合學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下高職教師教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的策略。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers in mixed learning, combined with TPACK theory, analyzes the composition of teachers' teaching ability under the condition of mixed learning, including the acquisition and processing of teaching resources, the design of mixed teaching. On the basis of the construction and application of network resources and the integration of technology and curriculum, this paper explores the strategies of cultivating teachers' teaching ability in mixed learning environment.
