現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育視域下OBE教學(xué)模式的應(yīng)用研究——以《生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理》課程為例

【摘要】:現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育是國(guó)家高等教育發(fā)展重要方向,其宗旨是著力培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型和技術(shù)技能型人才。文章即以此為背景,將OBE教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用到職業(yè)教育課程改革設(shè)計(jì)中,實(shí)現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)從傳統(tǒng)的"以教學(xué)資源為中心"向"以學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)出為中心"的轉(zhuǎn)變,并提出了幾個(gè)方面的思考。筆者從教學(xué)經(jīng)歷出發(fā),總結(jié)《生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理》課程目前教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施等方面存在的問(wèn)題,將OBE教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用于這門課程改革設(shè)計(jì)中,重新構(gòu)建生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作管理教學(xué)體系,包括課程的預(yù)期學(xué)習(xí)產(chǎn)出及實(shí)現(xiàn)策略設(shè)計(jì)、課程評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及方式設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)活動(dòng)安排與實(shí)施設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:Modern vocational education is an important direction in the development of national higher education. Its aim is to train applied and technical talents. Based on this background, this paper applies the OBE teaching model to the reform design of vocational education curriculum, realizes the transformation of talent training from "taking teaching resources as the center" to "taking learning output as the center", and puts forward some thoughts in several aspects. Based on the teaching experience, the author summarizes the problems existing in the current teaching design and implementation of the course "production Operation Management", applies the OBE teaching model to the reform design of this course, and reconstructs the teaching system of production operation management. It includes the design of expected learning output and realization strategy, the design of curriculum evaluation standards and methods, the arrangement and implementation of teaching activities.
