我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式探討

【摘要】:本文試從國家社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和對人才需求的時代背景出發(fā),針對我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式問題,在“能力本位教育觀”、“人本主義理論”、“終身教育理論”等相關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)下,對我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的類型及存在問題進(jìn)行分析。同時,結(jié)合國外先進(jìn)的人才培養(yǎng)模式,探討我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建及實施過程。 全文共分為六個部分,第一部分為緒論,闡述了研究背景,對已有的研究進(jìn)行了概述和分析,闡明了本文的研究意義和方法。第二部分為相關(guān)概念界定和理論依據(jù),提出以相關(guān)理論作為認(rèn)識論和方法論依據(jù)。同時,對“模式”、“中等職業(yè)教育”、“人才培養(yǎng)模式”等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行分析和界定。第三部分為我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的現(xiàn)狀分析,文章通過分析我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式四種類型發(fā)現(xiàn)我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式存在課程設(shè)置與市場需求貼近度不高、教學(xué)方式相對落后等問題。第四部分為國外中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的類型及經(jīng)驗借鑒。通過對國外人才培養(yǎng)模式類型的分析對比找出其共性,從中總結(jié)對我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的經(jīng)驗。第五部分為我國中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式構(gòu)建設(shè)計及實施對策,通過前面幾部分對中等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)模式的理解,試圖結(jié)合實際構(gòu)建“四位一體”的人才培養(yǎng)模式,并通過專業(yè)按接合市場的要求,從以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向設(shè)置專業(yè)、課程體系以培養(yǎng)職業(yè)能力為目標(biāo)、建設(shè)優(yōu)秀核心課程、教學(xué)模式倡導(dǎo)個性化學(xué)習(xí)機制、建立以職業(yè)資格證書就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制的實踐體系、建設(shè)一支結(jié)構(gòu)合理、專兼結(jié)合的“雙師結(jié)合”專業(yè)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊等方面進(jìn)行實施。第六部分總結(jié)并提出今后努力研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the background of national social and economic development and the demand for talents, this paper aims at the problem of talent training mode in secondary vocational education in our country, and puts forward the theory of humanism in the view of competency-based education and the theory of humanism. Under the guidance of the theory of lifelong education and other related theories, this paper analyzes the types and existing problems of talents training mode of secondary vocational education in China. At the same time, combining with the advanced foreign talents training mode, this paper probes into the construction and implementation process of the talent training mode of secondary vocational education in our country. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, which expounds the research background, summarizes and analyzes the existing research, and clarifies the significance and method of this paper. The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of relevant concepts, and puts forward that the relevant theory is the basis of epistemology and methodology. At the same time, the related concepts such as "mode", "secondary vocational education" and "talent training mode" are analyzed and defined. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the talent training mode of secondary vocational education in China. Based on the analysis of the four types of talents training mode of secondary vocational education in China, it is found that there are some problems in the training mode of secondary vocational education talents in our country, such as that the curriculum is not close to the market demand, and that the teaching method is relatively backward. The fourth part is the type and experience of foreign secondary vocational education personnel training model. By analyzing and comparing the types of talents training abroad, the author finds out the commonness, and sums up the experience of cultivating talents in secondary vocational education in China. The fifth part is the construction design and the implementation countermeasure of our country secondary vocational education talented person training pattern, through the understanding of the former several parts to the secondary vocational education talented person training pattern, attempts to combine the actual construction "four in one" the talented person training pattern. And through the specialty according to the requirements of the joint market, from the employment-oriented setting up, the curriculum system to cultivate professional ability as the goal, to build excellent core curriculum, teaching model to advocate personalized learning mechanism. To establish a practical system of employment admission system with professional qualification certificate, and to construct a professional teaching team with a reasonable structure and a combination of "double teachers and professional teachers". The sixth part summarizes and puts forward the future study.
