【摘要】：深化高職教育改革，適應(yīng)市場化發(fā)展需要，建立健全靈活多樣的人才培養(yǎng)模式和培養(yǎng)知識與技能兼具的應(yīng)用型技術(shù)人才成為高職教育發(fā)展的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。然而，隨著我國高等教育的不斷發(fā)展和高校的擴招，高等職業(yè)教育面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。高等職業(yè)院校師資隊伍普遍存在不能適應(yīng)高職教學(xué)需要，實踐能力偏弱等方面的問題影響學(xué)院的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，研究高等職業(yè)院校雙師型教師激勵問題及其機制具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。 本文在激勵理論綜述和國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，首先，從理論角度分析高等職業(yè)院校雙師型教師激勵的必要性和現(xiàn)有激勵機制的不足。其次，運用文獻分析法，，查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻資料，深入了解掌握國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對于教師激勵方面的研究理論成果和新動態(tài)，對教師隊伍普遍存在的問題及原因進行分析，從而對高等職業(yè)教育雙師型教師隊伍建設(shè)未來的發(fā)展方向有一定程度的認知。再次，運用經(jīng)驗總結(jié)法，與本人所在單位雙師型教師進行訪談并結(jié)合翻閱檔案室關(guān)于高等職業(yè)院校教師隊伍建設(shè)方面的相關(guān)檔案資料，以獲得目前職業(yè)教育方面的第一手資料，剖析當(dāng)前高等職業(yè)院校中雙師型教師激勵機制存在的問題。最后，選取XX職業(yè)學(xué)院為案例研究對象，通過案例及實證分析法，搜集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料，通過調(diào)查研究和實際訪談，分析XX職業(yè)學(xué)院雙師型教師激勵機制存在的問題，并結(jié)合實際，設(shè)計符合XX職業(yè)學(xué)院雙師型教師需求的激勵機制，構(gòu)建XX職業(yè)學(xué)院雙師型教師激勵機制模型。
[Abstract]:To deepen the reform of higher vocational education, to adapt to the needs of market-oriented development, to establish and improve the flexible and diverse talent training model and to cultivate applied technical talents with both knowledge and skills has become the urgent task of the development of higher vocational education. However, with the continuous development of higher education and the expansion of colleges and universities, higher vocational education is facing unprecedented challenges. The teachers in higher vocational colleges are generally unable to meet the needs of higher vocational education and the weak practical ability affects the sustainable development of the college. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the incentive problem and its mechanism of dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges. On the basis of the summarization of incentive theory and the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the necessity of encouraging double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges and the deficiency of existing incentive mechanism from the theoretical point of view. Secondly, using the method of literature analysis, referring to the relevant literature materials at home and abroad, deeply understanding the theoretical achievements and new trends of scholars' research on teachers' motivation, and analyzing the problems and causes of the common teachers. Therefore, there is a certain degree of cognition on the future development direction of the construction of double-qualified teachers in higher vocational education. Thirdly, using the method of summing up experience, interview with the double-qualified teachers in my unit and combing through the archives about the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, in order to obtain the first-hand information of the vocational education at present. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of dual-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities. Finally, choose XX vocational college as the case study object, through the case and empirical analysis, collect the relevant data and materials, through investigation and research and actual interviews, analyze the existing problems of incentive mechanism of XX vocational college double-qualified teachers. Combined with the practice, the incentive mechanism is designed to meet the needs of the double teachers in XX Vocational College, and the incentive mechanism model of the double qualified teachers in XX Vocational College is constructed.
