技校學(xué)生對一體化教學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性問題的研究

【摘要】:長期以來,學(xué)校教育對學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性的重視程度遠(yuǎn)不如對學(xué)習(xí)成績的重視,而技工學(xué)校尤其如此。技工學(xué)校作為高技能人才培養(yǎng)的主陣地,承擔(dān)著培養(yǎng)高技能人才、滿足企業(yè)用工需求的重要使命。國內(nèi)外對學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性的研究,主要集中在特殊群體的學(xué)生和中小學(xué)生身上,針對技校生特定群體的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性研究還沒出現(xiàn)。近年來,一體化漸漸被人們所熟悉,,技工學(xué)校重視實(shí)踐和技能,但對學(xué)生能否迅速適應(yīng)一體化的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和學(xué)習(xí)方式并未做深層次的研究。對一體化教學(xué)試點(diǎn)班的學(xué)生進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性的調(diào)查研究,對提高技校生學(xué)習(xí)水平,改善心理健康狀況,增強(qiáng)技校生在未來社會的競爭能力具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 論文運(yùn)用《技校生對一體化教學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)情況調(diào)查問卷》對廣東省機(jī)械技師學(xué)院700名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,收回有效問卷674份,然后運(yùn)用SPSS15.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,得到以下結(jié)論:(1)總體上,技工學(xué)校學(xué)生對一體化教學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性好;(2)具體分析,男生的總分及各維度得分都比女生高;不同專業(yè)的技校生對一體化教學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性存在差異;高級部學(xué)生得分高于中級部學(xué)生;不同生源的學(xué)生在一體化教學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)適應(yīng)性沒有顯著差別;學(xué)生在校期間擔(dān)任干部比不擔(dān)任干部得分要高。 在對研究結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了以下的建議和看法:(1)從個(gè)人層面上看,應(yīng)明確學(xué)習(xí)目的,養(yǎng)成良好學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣;(2)從家庭層面上看,應(yīng)營造和諧的家庭環(huán)境,提高個(gè)人修養(yǎng);(3)在學(xué)校層面上看,應(yīng)改善軟硬件條件,促進(jìn)學(xué)生健康發(fā)展;(4)從社會層面上看,應(yīng)提高技工學(xué)校的社會地位,營造良好的社會輿論氛圍。
[Abstract]:For a long time, school education has paid less attention to students' learning adaptability than to academic achievement, especially in technical schools. As the main position of training high-skilled talents, technical schools undertake the important mission of cultivating high-skilled talents and meeting the needs of enterprises. The research on learning adaptability at home and abroad is mainly focused on the students of special groups and primary and middle school students, but the study on the learning adaptability of specific groups of students in technical schools has not yet appeared. In recent years, integration has gradually been familiar to people. Technical schools attach importance to practice and skills, but there is no deep research on whether students can adapt to the integrated learning environment and learning methods quickly. The investigation and research on the students' learning adaptability in the pilot class of integrated teaching has important theoretical and practical significance in improving the students' learning level, improving their mental health and enhancing their competitive ability in the future society. In this paper, 700 students of Guangdong Institute of Mechanical Mechanics were investigated by the questionnaire of students' adaptation to Integrated Teaching, and 674 valid questionnaires were collected. Then the author makes a statistical analysis of the survey data by using the SPSS15.0 statistical software, and gets the following conclusion: 1) on the whole, the students of the technical school have a good adaptability to the integrated teaching. The total score and the scores of each dimension of the boys are higher than those of the girls. There are differences in the learning adaptability of students in different technical schools to integrated teaching, the scores of advanced students are higher than those of intermediate students, and there is no significant difference in the learning adaptability of students from different sources of students in integrated teaching. Students in school as cadres than not as cadres score higher. On the basis of the statistical analysis of the results of the study, the following suggestions and opinions are put forward: 1) from the individual level, we should make clear the purpose of study, form a good study habit) from the family level, we should build a harmonious family environment. From the view of society, we should improve the social status of technical schools and create a good atmosphere of public opinion.
