行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的歷史、問(wèn)題與實(shí)踐可能性

【摘要】:我國(guó)一直都有行業(yè)或企業(yè)直接舉辦或參與職業(yè)教育的傳統(tǒng),現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)又成為舉辦職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的重要力量。對(duì)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)實(shí)踐的研究不僅有助于人們更加理性的認(rèn)識(shí)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育的功能定位和行業(yè)企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育和培訓(xùn)中的功能定位,也有助于探索體現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)特色的可操作的行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的模式。本文基于社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)軌期的實(shí)際情況,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)研法,通過(guò)對(duì)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的辦學(xué)實(shí)踐的研究,探索行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)實(shí)踐的現(xiàn)實(shí)可能性和相應(yīng)的條件與環(huán)境。 第一章,緒論,包括研究緣起、研究意義,文獻(xiàn)綜述和研究設(shè)計(jì)。 第二章,梳理了我國(guó)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的實(shí)踐歷程,包括計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制時(shí)期和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)軌時(shí)期我國(guó)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的政策演變。 第三章,分析了我國(guó)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)的問(wèn)題,包括辦學(xué)主體的角色定位問(wèn)題及運(yùn)行機(jī)制問(wèn)題。 第四章,以江蘇省現(xiàn)代物流職業(yè)教育聯(lián)盟的實(shí)踐為案例,對(duì)我國(guó)行業(yè)企業(yè)主動(dòng)參與職業(yè)教育辦學(xué)的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了分析。 第五章,分析了我國(guó)行業(yè)企業(yè)參與職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)實(shí)可能性及相應(yīng)的條件和環(huán)境。 縱觀我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程,作為辦學(xué)主體的行業(yè)企業(yè),正在或已經(jīng)發(fā)生著變化,它們不同于學(xué)校。隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的逐漸完善,企業(yè)正在成為實(shí)施職業(yè)教育的重要主體,這是不能忽視的事實(shí)。在強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)校職業(yè)教育的正當(dāng)性和重要性的同時(shí),理性看待企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)中的合理定位與作用,建立與完善廣義的職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)體系,事關(guān)“以人為本”和“民生為重”職業(yè)教育的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Our country has always had the tradition that the profession or the enterprise organizes or participates in the vocational education directly, at present, the enterprise becomes the important force of organizing the vocational education and training. The research on the participation of industry enterprises in the practice of running vocational education not only helps people to understand the function orientation of school vocational education more rationally and the function orientation of industry enterprises in vocational education and training. It is also helpful to explore the mode of participating in vocational education which embodies the characteristics of modern enterprises. Based on the actual situation of the transition period of the socialist market economy system, this paper applies the literature method and the investigation method, through the research on the practice of participating in the vocational education and training of the industry enterprises. To explore the practical possibility and the corresponding conditions and environment for the enterprises to participate in the practice of running a school in vocational education. The first chapter, introduction, includes the origin, significance, literature review and research design. The second chapter combs the practice course of our country's industry enterprises participating in vocational education, including the policy evolution of our country's industry enterprises participating in vocational education during the period of planned economy system and market economy system transition. In the third chapter, the author analyzes the problems of participating in vocational education in China, including the role orientation of the main body and the operation mechanism. In the fourth chapter, taking the practice of Jiangsu Province Modern Logistics Vocational Education Alliance as an example, the author analyzes the practice of China's enterprises actively participating in vocational education. The fifth chapter analyzes the realistic possibility and the corresponding conditions and environment of China's enterprises participating in vocational education. Throughout the development of vocational education in China, as the main body of running a school, the industry enterprises are or have been changed, they are different from the school. With the gradual improvement of market economy, enterprises are becoming the main body of vocational education, which can not be ignored. While emphasizing the legitimacy and importance of school vocational education, the rational orientation and role of enterprises in vocational education and training should be viewed rationally, and a broad sense of vocational education and training system should be established and perfected. It concerns the realization of the vocational education of people-oriented and people-first.
