【摘要】：文章基于教育生態(tài)學(xué)的視域,通過(guò)對(duì)關(guān)鍵能力的內(nèi)涵的解析,系統(tǒng)化研究高職院校大學(xué)生關(guān)鍵能力體系的構(gòu)建,從培養(yǎng)符合就業(yè)需求的職業(yè)者的角度,將關(guān)鍵能力納入人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),系統(tǒng)改革目前的高等職業(yè)教育課堂教學(xué),建立國(guó)家統(tǒng)一的關(guān)鍵能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn),推進(jìn)企業(yè)文化與校園文化融合,促進(jìn)高等職業(yè)教育文化與人的雙向互動(dòng),提高高等職業(yè)教育輸出人才對(duì)社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)崗位的適應(yīng)度。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of educational ecology, this paper systematically studies the construction of the key competence system of higher vocational college students through the analysis of the connotation of the key competence, and from the angle of cultivating the professionals who meet the needs of employment. Bring the key competence into the talent training target, systematically reform the current classroom teaching of higher vocational education, establish the national unified key competence standard, and promote the integration of enterprise culture and campus culture. To promote the two-way interaction between higher vocational education culture and people, and to improve the adaptability of higher vocational education export talents to the social reality.
