【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移背景下,職業(yè)教育東西部合作辦學(xué)能為東部地區(qū)順利實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)和西部地區(qū)順利承接產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移提供技能人力資源儲(chǔ)備。我國(guó)職業(yè)教育東西部合作辦學(xué)存在政策驅(qū)動(dòng)下的"道義援助型"、合作經(jīng)費(fèi)匱乏、合作辦學(xué)深度不夠,模式單一、缺乏監(jiān)督和評(píng)估機(jī)制等問(wèn)題;推進(jìn)制度建設(shè)、實(shí)行成本分擔(dān)與補(bǔ)償、拓展合作內(nèi)容和模式、構(gòu)建監(jiān)督與評(píng)估體系,以提升職業(yè)教育東西部合作辦學(xué)成效。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of regional industrial transfer in China, The cooperative running of vocational education between east and west can provide the skill human resource reserve for the smooth realization of industrial upgrading and the smooth undertaking of industrial transfer in the western region. "moral aid type", lack of cooperation funds, Problems such as lack of depth of cooperation, single mode, lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism, promotion of system construction, implementation of cost sharing and compensation, expansion of cooperation content and mode, construction of supervision and evaluation system, In order to enhance the effectiveness of vocational education cooperation between east and west.
