【摘要】：教育規(guī)劃綱要提出到2020年我國基本實現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化,國家現(xiàn)正在規(guī)劃《中國教育現(xiàn)代化2030》。適應(yīng)教育現(xiàn)代化的要求,圍繞職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化內(nèi)涵,職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化具有十大特征,即現(xiàn)代性、開放性、跨界性、融合性、發(fā)展性、民生性、創(chuàng)新性、多樣性、國際化和反思性;針對職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化進程中企業(yè)主體、治理主體、吸引力、支撐力、國際化等方面存在的不足,我國職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化可采取五大發(fā)展對策,即發(fā)揮企業(yè)在職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代化中的基礎(chǔ)性作用,完善現(xiàn)代企業(yè)人力資源開發(fā)制度,推進職業(yè)教育治理體系和治理能力現(xiàn)代化,建立國家資格框架制度,加快推進國際化。
[Abstract]:The outline of education planning put forward that by 2020 our country will basically realize the modernization of education, and the country is now planning "China's educational modernization 2030" to meet the requirements of the modernization of education, and revolves around the connotation of modernization of vocational education. The modernization of vocational education has ten characteristics, namely, modernity, openness, cross-border, integration, development, livelihood, innovation, diversity, internationalization and reflection. In view of the shortcomings of enterprise subject, governance subject, attraction, support, internationalization and so on in the process of modernization of vocational education, five development countermeasures can be adopted in the modernization of vocational education in our country. That is, give play to the basic role of enterprises in the modernization of vocational education, improve the modern enterprise human resources development system, promote the vocational education governance system and governance capacity modernization, and establish the national qualification framework system. Speed up the process of internationalization.
