特級教師成長歷程與成功因素調(diào)查:分析與思考

【摘要】:對特級教師的成長歷程與成功因素進行調(diào)查,著重了解調(diào)查對象成長為特級教師的內(nèi)在動力、外在推力以及其他影響因素。通過對問卷的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,分析影響特級教師成長與成功的關(guān)鍵性因素,并思考可以從中獲取的經(jīng)驗與啟示。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the growth course and success factors of special teachers, and focuses on understanding the intrinsic power, external thrust and other influencing factors of the subjects growing up to be special grade teachers. This paper analyzes the key factors that influence the growth and success of special teachers through the data statistics of the questionnaire, and thinks about the experience and inspiration that can be gained from it.
