【摘要】：1930年中英兩國達成協(xié)議,將英國退還的庚款為基金投資興辦實業(yè),再以其所得利息資助教育事業(yè)。舉辦九屆留英考試,培養(yǎng)193名各學(xué)科的專業(yè)人才;資助高等教育基礎(chǔ)建設(shè),安頓戰(zhàn)時流亡的教授及畢業(yè)生;配合國家政策致力于西北教育開發(fā)。中英庚款對民國教育的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了積極影響。
[Abstract]:In 1930, the two countries reached an agreement to invest in the UK's refundable fund as a fund for investment and industry, and then to finance the education industry with its income interest, to hold the nine session of the British examination, to cultivate 193 professionals in all disciplines, to subsidize the infrastructure of higher education, to settle the professors and graduates of the wartime exile, and to cooperate with the national policy for the education of the northwest. The development of the education in the Republic of China has had a positive impact.
