【摘要】：改革開放三十多年以來,我國社會發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面取得了巨大的成就。從1999年高校擴(kuò)招開始,我國高等教育已由精英式教育轉(zhuǎn)向大眾化教育。越來越多的學(xué)生走入大學(xué)校園,女大學(xué)生作為大學(xué)生群體中的一個重要組成部分,在高校學(xué)生所占的比重呈直線上升趨勢。通過調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),目前高校女大學(xué)生在政治信仰上,世界觀、人生觀、價值觀的形成上,情感以及就業(yè)方面均存在著不同程度的問題。為解決女大學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)出的問題,高校希望通過實(shí)施一系列激勵措施,來調(diào)動女大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)和工作的主動性和積極性。 一般來說,激勵行為是調(diào)動人的積極性和創(chuàng)造性的最好方法。激勵實(shí)際上就是通過一定的刺激來促使人的某種思想、愿望和行為產(chǎn)生的過程。而激勵機(jī)制則是激勵主體通過運(yùn)用一定的激勵手段,達(dá)到與激勵客體相互作用的目標(biāo)。那么,本文在將高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制作為研究對象的同時,通過對高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的內(nèi)容、問題等方面進(jìn)行深入探討,力圖找到適合女大學(xué)生發(fā)展的激勵對策。具體來說,全文分為五章進(jìn)行闡述。 第一章：高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的基本概念。這一部分主要以激勵理論為切入點(diǎn),具體闡述了激勵的內(nèi)涵及運(yùn)行過程、激勵機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵、大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的內(nèi)涵。 第二章：高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的理論基礎(chǔ)。這一部分具體介紹了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)激勵理論及馬克思主義激勵理論。其中,國外激勵理論主要包括內(nèi)容型激勵理論、過程型激勵理論和綜合型激勵理論。國內(nèi)激勵理論主要從我國古代激勵理論、我國當(dāng)代激勵理論這兩方面展開論述。這些激勵理論為之后研究高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制的對策提供了理論依據(jù)。 第三章：高校女大學(xué)生思想政治狀況分析。這一部分通過對高校女大學(xué)生的政治信仰,世界觀、人生觀、價值觀的形成,情感以及就業(yè)心理壓力方面進(jìn)行深入分析,得出高校女大學(xué)生急需適合她們發(fā)展的激勵機(jī)制,以此來改善高校女大學(xué)生現(xiàn)有思想政治狀況。 第四章：高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制內(nèi)容及問題分析。這一部分從物質(zhì)獎勵機(jī)制、精神獎勵機(jī)制、處罰激勵機(jī)制三方面對高校女大學(xué)生現(xiàn)有的激勵機(jī)制內(nèi)容展開分析,并找出了這些激勵機(jī)制中存在的問題。 第五章：探索高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制優(yōu)化的對策。這一部分從正激勵與負(fù)激勵相結(jié)合、物質(zhì)激勵與精神激勵相結(jié)合等激勵原則出發(fā),從校園文化建設(shè)以及激勵制度等方面來增強(qiáng)高校女大學(xué)生激勵機(jī)制效果。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up more than 30 years ago, the society of our country has undergone earth-shaking changes, and has made great achievements in politics, economy, culture and so on. Since 1999, higher education has changed from elite education to popular education. More and more students enter the university campus. As an important part of the college students, the proportion of female students in the college students is rising in a straight line. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in political belief, world outlook, outlook on life, values, emotion and employment of female college students. In order to solve the problems presented by female college students, colleges and universities hope to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of female college students in their study and work by implementing a series of incentives. Motivation is the best way to motivate people's enthusiasm and creativity. Motivation is actually a process that stimulates a person's thoughts, wishes, and behaviors through certain stimuli. The incentive mechanism is to achieve the goal of interaction with the incentive object by using certain incentive means. Then, this article takes the female university student incentive mechanism as the research object, through the thorough discussion to the university female university student incentive mechanism content, the question and so on, tries hard to find the suitable female university student development incentive countermeasure. Specifically, the paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter 1: the basic concept of incentive mechanism for female college students. This part mainly takes the incentive theory as the breakthrough point, elaborated the intension and the movement process of the incentive, the connotation of the incentive mechanism, the connotation of the incentive mechanism of the college students, On this basis, the connotation of the incentive mechanism for female college students is put forward. Chapter two: the theoretical basis of the incentive mechanism for female college students. This part introduces the relevant incentive theory at home and abroad and Marxist incentive theory. Among them, the foreign incentive theory mainly includes content-based incentive theory, process-based incentive theory and comprehensive incentive theory. The domestic incentive theory is mainly discussed from the ancient incentive theory and the contemporary incentive theory of our country. These incentive theories provide a theoretical basis for the study of the incentive mechanism of female college students. Chapter three: the ideological and political status of female college students. In this part, by analyzing the political belief, world outlook, outlook on life, the formation of values, emotion and employment psychological pressure of female college students, it is concluded that female college students are in urgent need of an incentive mechanism suitable for their development. In order to improve the current ideological and political situation of female college students. Chapter four: the content and problems of the incentive mechanism of female college students. This part analyzes the content of the existing incentive mechanism of female college students from three aspects: material reward mechanism, spiritual reward mechanism and punishment incentive mechanism. And find out the problems existing in these incentive mechanisms. Chapter five: explore the countermeasures of optimizing the incentive mechanism of female college students. This part starts from the combination of positive and negative incentives, material incentives and spiritual incentives, and strengthens the effect of the incentive mechanism of female college students from the aspects of campus culture construction and incentive system.
