【摘要】：鞠承穎、王世棟,叢漣珠和于明信是民國時期山東四大教育家。他們?yōu)楦淖兩綎|教育落后局面,推動山東教育向近現代轉型和發(fā)展做出了卓著貢獻。他們具有相同或相似的特征:都接受過新式教育;熱衷教育救國,是教育救國理念的倡導者和忠實執(zhí)行者;具有豐富的教育教學經歷和經驗,卻很少著書立說予以闡發(fā);強調文化建設,注意發(fā)揮新文化的教育作用,將教育教學與新文化運動結合起來。除共同特征外,他們在氣質性格、治學指導思想、辦學作風方面存在明顯不同,表現出鮮明的個體特征。
[Abstract]:Ju Chengying, Wang Shidong, Cong Lianzhu and Yu Mingxin were four great educators in Shandong during the Republic of China. They tried to change the backward situation in Shandong's education. They have the same or similar characteristics: they have received the new education, keen to educate and save the country, they are the advocates and faithful executors of the idea of saving the nation through education. He has rich experience and experience in education and teaching, but has rarely written books to explain it, emphasizing cultural construction, giving full play to the educational role of new culture, and combining education and teaching with the movement of new culture. They have obvious differences in temperament, study guiding ideology and school running style, showing distinct individual characteristics.
