北京市體育特色小學(xué)體操課程實(shí)施效果影響因素及對(duì)策的研究

【摘要】:為促進(jìn)義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展,全面落實(shí)北京市中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展綱要(2010-2020),發(fā)揮北京市高等學(xué)校(藝術(shù)、體育類)的辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)和輻射作用,推動(dòng)和引導(dǎo)義務(wù)教育階段小學(xué)體育和美育工作科學(xué)、有效地發(fā)展,形成教學(xué)體系,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀教育人才。北京體育大學(xué)參與小學(xué)體育特色發(fā)展工作總方案要求,北京體育大學(xué)協(xié)助北京市海淀、昌平區(qū)共5所小學(xué),建立以田徑、籃球、排球、足球、武術(shù)、體操為基礎(chǔ)項(xiàng)目的體育特色課程以及詳細(xì)的鍛煉規(guī)則和標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及對(duì)體育課程進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)和改進(jìn)。體操課程作為我國(guó)一直以來(lái)的傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)入校園成為小學(xué)特色體育課程之一,由北京體育大學(xué)體操教研室?guī)熒鷧⑴c課程內(nèi)容的設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)施,本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、錄像分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、實(shí)踐法等對(duì)體操課程實(shí)施效果及影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,并且針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出建設(shè)性的對(duì)策。主要研究結(jié)論如下:北京體育大學(xué)參與小學(xué)體育特色發(fā)展工作,發(fā)揮了北京體育大學(xué)辦學(xué)優(yōu)勢(shì)和輻射作用,將學(xué)校的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源輸送到學(xué)校,特色體操課程作為小學(xué)特色發(fā)展的重要一部分,大大豐富了體育課和體育教學(xué)范疇。體操課作為小學(xué)體色體育課程,收到了一定的教學(xué)效果反饋。北京體育大學(xué)參與的小學(xué)體育特色發(fā)展工作,在體操教學(xué)方面已初見(jiàn)成效:1.小學(xué)體操特色發(fā)展工作,在教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練身體素質(zhì)方面已初見(jiàn)成效,小學(xué)體操課受到了眾多小學(xué)生的喜歡,在學(xué)生之間也起到了很好的交流作用,體操教師按照教學(xué)及考試任務(wù),圓滿完成了教研室下達(dá)的教學(xué)任務(wù),積累了豐富的體操教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2.在體操教學(xué)過(guò)程中影響教學(xué)效果的因素主要集中在教學(xué)內(nèi)容的選擇、設(shè)計(jì)與安排上不合理,教師缺少教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn),場(chǎng)地器械配備不足。3.針對(duì)教學(xué)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,提出以下對(duì)策:首先,擴(kuò)大體操教學(xué)內(nèi)容選擇范圍,選擇適宜難度動(dòng)作,并根據(jù)各學(xué)校實(shí)際情況合理設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)計(jì)劃。其次,教師教學(xué)方面,提高體操教師的教學(xué)水平。再次、完善教學(xué)管理體系,盡快配備器材。最后,提高體操課的主導(dǎo)地位,提高學(xué)校的關(guān)注程度。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the balanced development of compulsory education, we should fully implement the programme for the reform and development of middle and long term education in Beijing (2010-2020), give full play to the advantages and radiation of schools in Beijing (art, sports), promote and guide the science of physical education and aesthetic education in the compulsory education stage, develop effectively, form a teaching system and cultivate excellent education. As an important part of the development of primary school characteristics, it has greatly enriched the category of physical education and physical education.
