【摘要】：根據(jù)教育出版社編輯工作特征,運用調(diào)查研究法、特爾菲(Delphi)專家評價法等,編制了編輯勝任力調(diào)查量表,通過對分布在全國的7個教育出版社301名編輯問卷測試,并對測試數(shù)據(jù)采用因素分析與驗證分析的方法進行了系統(tǒng)分析,建構(gòu)了教育編輯勝任力模型。研究結(jié)果表明,教育編輯勝任力主要由工作取向、自我取向、人際取向3方面8個因子構(gòu)成。本研究為教育出版社的優(yōu)秀編輯的培養(yǎng)、選拔及測評方面提供了新的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:According to the editorial work characteristics of educational publishing house, using the method of investigation and research, and the expert evaluation method of Delphi (Delphi), the author compiled the editorial competence survey scale, and tested the questionnaire of 301 editors of seven educational publishing houses distributed in the whole country. The test data are analyzed systematically by factor analysis and verification analysis, and the competency model of educational editor is constructed. The results show that the competence of educational editors is mainly composed of 8 factors: work orientation, self orientation and interpersonal orientation. This study provides a new theoretical basis for the training, selection and evaluation of excellent editors in educational publishing houses.
