【摘要】：武術(shù)是中華民族傳統(tǒng)文化的重要組成部分,在我國有著悠久的傳承和發(fā)展歷史,作為武術(shù)對(duì)抗形式的散打運(yùn)動(dòng)是武術(shù)的重要表現(xiàn)形式。經(jīng)過廣大武術(shù)散打工作者近36年來的不懈努力,散打運(yùn)動(dòng)的理論體系和技、戰(zhàn)術(shù)體系口趨完善,訓(xùn)練方法與手段也口趨成熟,培養(yǎng)的散打?qū)I(yè)人才質(zhì)量也越來越高,散打比賽已成為洲際乃至世界性武術(shù)比賽重要項(xiàng)目之一。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,對(duì)于散打?qū)I(yè)人才的素質(zhì)和技術(shù)水平的要求越來越高。這種人才需求的變化,對(duì)散打?qū)I(yè)人才的培養(yǎng)帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇。目前,高等體育院校的武術(shù)與民族傳統(tǒng)專業(yè)及體育教育專業(yè)的散打?qū)＿x課程的學(xué)習(xí)和訓(xùn)練是我國散打人才培養(yǎng)的重要組成部分。為了摸清我國高等體育院校武術(shù)散打人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,本文以我國部分高等體育院校體育教育專業(yè)武術(shù)散打教學(xué)為研究對(duì)象,采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、專家訪談法、邏輯歸納法及網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查法等方法,對(duì)我國部分高等體育院校體育教育散打及本科教育散打?qū)＿x課教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析。通過調(diào)查分析得出如下結(jié)論：1、我國體育類專業(yè)院校體育教育專業(yè)散打?qū)ｍ?xiàng)課開展較好,培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)明確.學(xué)生對(duì)教師水平較滿意,教學(xué)方法和教學(xué)器材需要改進(jìn)。2、教師學(xué)歷、運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)、職稱需要進(jìn)一步提高；學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)基礎(chǔ)、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、運(yùn)動(dòng)等級(jí)方面需加強(qiáng)指導(dǎo)。3、部分高等體育院校在武術(shù)散打教學(xué)過程中對(duì)學(xué)生的專業(yè)理論及技術(shù)的考核不科學(xué),學(xué)生較少參與競(jìng)技比賽等。4、某些教師對(duì)學(xué)生教學(xué)實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng)不足,就業(yè)指導(dǎo)重視不夠,教學(xué)訓(xùn)練方法也需要加強(qiáng)。針對(duì)以上調(diào)查分析的我國高等體育院校武術(shù)散打人才培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀,本文提出以下意見與建議：1、編撰武術(shù)散打?qū)I(yè)教材并增加一定量的創(chuàng)新型、科技型的新型訓(xùn)練器材。2、改善教學(xué)方法,提高對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培養(yǎng),嚴(yán)格要求課程學(xué)習(xí)。3、進(jìn)一步提高散打教學(xué)專業(yè)教師的數(shù)量和質(zhì)量。4、加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo),以期培養(yǎng)出更加優(yōu)秀的武術(shù)散打人才,為社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Wushu is an important part of Chinese traditional culture, and has a long history of inheritance and development in our country. As a form of wushu confrontation, Sanda is an important manifestation of Wushu. After the unremitting efforts of the vast number of Wushu Sanda workers in the past 36 years, the theoretical and technical systems and tactics of the Sanda movement have become more and more perfect, the training methods and means have also matured, and the quality of the Sanda professionals trained has become more and more high. Sanda competition has become one of the most important events in intercontinental and even world Wushu competitions. With the development of society and the progress of the times, the quality and technical level of Sanda professionals are becoming higher and higher. This kind of talent demand change, has brought the new challenge and the opportunity to the Sanda specialized talented person's cultivation. At present, the study and training of Wushu and traditional national specialty and Sanda specialized course in physical education are the important part of the cultivation of Sanda talents in our country. In order to find out the present situation of Wushu Sanda talents training in higher sports colleges and universities in China, this paper takes the Wushu Sanda Teaching of physical Education Major in some physical Education Colleges in China as the research object, adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The methods of expert interview, logical induction and network investigation are used to investigate and analyze the present situation of Sanda and undergraduate Sanda elective teaching in some physical education colleges and universities in China. Through the investigation and analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. The Sanda special course of physical education major in physical education colleges in China is better carried out, and the training goal is clear. Students are satisfied with the level of teachers, teaching methods and teaching equipment need to be improved. 2. Teachers' education, sports grades and professional titles need to be further improved; Students need to strengthen their guidance in terms of their learning basis, motivation and level of sports. 3. In the process of Wushu Sanda teaching, the assessment of students' professional theories and techniques is unscientific, and students seldom participate in competitive competitions. Some teachers do not pay enough attention to the training of students' practical teaching ability and the employment guidance, and the teaching and training methods also need to be strengthened. In view of the present situation of Wushu Sanda talents training in higher sports colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the following suggestions and suggestions: 1. Compiling Wushu Sanda teaching materials and adding a certain amount of innovative, scientific and technological new training equipment. 2. To improve teaching methods, to improve the cultivation of students' practical ability, to strictly require the study of courses, to further improve the number and quality of teachers majoring in Sanda teaching, and to strengthen the guidance for students' employment. In order to train more outstanding Wushu Sanda talents, for socialist modernization.
