【摘要】：隨著國家對體育產(chǎn)業(yè)的重視以及全民健身的普及,體育事業(yè)蒸蒸日上,人們對體育市場的需求也呈現(xiàn)出多層次、多樣化的現(xiàn)象,不僅傾向于類型多樣的體育賽事,而且更加關注體育賽事的質量,所以,在賽事數(shù)量不斷增多、質量要求不斷提高的現(xiàn)實背景下,賽事風險也隨之而來,這就要求體育賽事服務機構在打造賽事時更加注重賽事風險的把控,賽事運作風險也成為賽事主體體育賽事服務機構不得不重視的問題。但是,理論上,我國關于體育賽事的研究大多集中在賽事風險研究和賽事風險管理研究領域,對賽事運作風險評價的研究相對少一些,對以體育賽事服務機構為主體的賽事運作風險幾乎沒有;現(xiàn)實中,體育賽事服務機構尚處于摸索發(fā)展階段,沒有形成系統(tǒng)、成熟的發(fā)展模式。所以本文在定性研究的基礎上結合定量分析,為體育行業(yè)提供特殊服務的體育賽事服務機構賽事運作風險構建評價體系,解決當前賽事服務機構存在的賽事風險控制目標模糊、發(fā)展不平衡等問題,為賽事服務機構提高核心競爭力以及打造出高水平的體育賽事奠定理論基礎。以體育賽事服務機構賽事運作風險為研究對象的評價體系有別于其他類型的評價體系。當前,我國的賽事服務機構存在著賽事風險管理缺乏科學性指導、評價指標適應面較窄、評價結果與現(xiàn)實不相適應等問題。為解決當前存在的問題,在國內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗的基礎上,結合我國體育賽事服務機構的現(xiàn)實情況,對賽事運作風險進行識別,采用德爾菲專家咨詢和層次分析等研究方法,反復驗證篩選指標建立風險評價模型。最后對建立的模型進行實證檢驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)當前賽事服務機構的長處及不足,并為我國賽事服務機構科學持續(xù)發(fā)展提供建議,推動我國體育產(chǎn)業(yè)健康、科學、有序的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the national attention to the sports industry and the popularity of national fitness, the development of sports, people's demand for the sports market also presents a multi-level, diversified phenomenon, not only tend to a variety of sports events, And pay more attention to the quality of sports events. Therefore, in the realistic background of the increasing number of sports events and the increasing quality requirements, the risks of the events also follow. This requires the sports event service organizations to pay more attention to the control of the event risk, and the operational risk of the event has become a problem that the event subject sports event service organizations have to pay attention to. However, in theory, Most of the research on sports events in China is focused on the research field of event risk and risk management. The research on the evaluation of the operational risk of the event is relatively less, and there is almost no operational risk of the event with the service organization of the sports event as the main body. In reality, the service organizations of sports events are still in the stage of exploration and development, and there is no systematic and mature development model. Therefore, this paper combines the qualitative research with quantitative analysis. In order to solve the problems of vague goal of risk control and unbalanced development of the current competition service organization, the evaluation system of the running risk of the sports event service organization, which provides special service for the sports industry, is constructed, and the evaluation system is constructed. It lays a theoretical foundation for the competition service organizations to improve their core competitiveness and to create a high level of sports events. The evaluation system, which takes the operational risk of sports events service institutions as the object of study, is different from other types of evaluation systems. In our country, there are some problems such as lack of scientific guidance on risk management, narrow adaptability of evaluation index and incompatibility between evaluation results and reality. In order to solve the current problems, based on the domestic and foreign experience, the evaluation index is not suitable for the competition risk management. Combined with the actual situation of sports events service organizations in China, the paper identifies the operational risks of the events, and adopts Delphi expert consultation and AHP research methods. The risk assessment model is established by repeated verification and screening index. Finally, the empirical test of the established model is carried out to find the strengths and weaknesses of the current event service organizations, and to provide suggestions for the scientific and sustainable development of the competition service organizations in China. Promote healthy, scientific and orderly rapid development of sports industry in China.
