新疆伊犁哈薩克自治州哈薩克族教育發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:新疆伊犁哈薩克自治州地處祖國西北邊陲,在祖國西部大開發(fā)和全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的大背景下,其政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等各項(xiàng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義,而教育的發(fā)展又與這些事業(yè)的發(fā)展息息相關(guān),因此,對于這里教育發(fā)展的系統(tǒng)研究顯得日益迫切。然而,國內(nèi)對于哈薩克族的研究主要集中在歷史、族源、語言文學(xué)、藝術(shù)、風(fēng)俗等方面,對其教育的研究很不系統(tǒng)和全面,尤其是對其現(xiàn)當(dāng)代教育發(fā)展的研究顯得十分薄弱。正是基于以上的考慮,本文選擇了新疆伊犁哈薩克自治州哈薩克族教育發(fā)展作為研究主題,作者通過對這里哈薩克族教育發(fā)展歷程的回顧,以及在這里進(jìn)行的社會(huì)實(shí)地調(diào)查,深刻分析哈薩克族教育發(fā)展喜憂參半的現(xiàn)狀,思考這里哈薩克族教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的對策。經(jīng)過調(diào)查研究和分析,作者認(rèn)為,只有通過調(diào)整辦學(xué)模式、課程改革、加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育技術(shù)、大力發(fā)展職業(yè)技術(shù)教育等一系列措施才能切實(shí)提高這里哈薩克族教育的發(fā)展水平。 根據(jù)哈薩克族教育發(fā)展的研究主題,本文共包括三個(gè)部分,共計(jì)三章內(nèi)容:第一部分——研究背景、研究難點(diǎn)及哈薩克族教育發(fā)展史簡介。主要包括緒論和第一章內(nèi)容。該部分通過回顧從公元前7世紀(jì)到20世紀(jì)80年代新中國實(shí)行改革開放這一漫長時(shí)期哈薩克族先民及其后裔(現(xiàn)代哈薩克族)的教育發(fā)展歷程,勾畫哈薩克族教育發(fā)展的主要過程,對資料來源及目前的研究狀況等問題加以扼要說明,構(gòu)筑本文的研究主題、基本思想、論文結(jié)構(gòu)體系并簡要概括論文的特色。第二部分——具體研究。主要包括本文第二章的內(nèi)容。該部分根據(jù)前文的理論分析對哈薩克族教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀和影響其教育發(fā)展的諸因素進(jìn)行具體研究。第三部分——思考與探索。主要包括本文第三章和結(jié)語的內(nèi)容。該部分在前文分析研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對哈薩克族教育發(fā)展的對策進(jìn)行了有益的思考和探索,得出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture is located in the northwest border of the motherland. Under the background of the great development of the western part of the motherland and the construction of a well-off society in an all-round way, the development of its political, economic, cultural and other undertakings is of great strategic significance. And the development of education is closely related to the development of these undertakings, therefore, the systematic research on the development of education here appears increasingly urgent. However, the study of Kazak in our country mainly focuses on the history, origin, language and literature, art, customs and so on. The research on the education of Kazak is not systematic and comprehensive, especially the research on the development of modern and contemporary education is very weak. Based on the above considerations, this paper chooses the development of Kazak education in Xinjiang Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture as the research theme. The author reviews the development process of Kazakh education here, as well as the social field investigation here. This paper deeply analyzes the mixed situation of Kazakh education development, and ponders over the countermeasures of Kazakh education modernization development here. Through investigation and analysis, the author thinks that only by adjusting the mode of running a school, curriculum reform, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and applying modern network education technology, A series of measures such as vigorously developing vocational and technical education can effectively improve the development level of Kazakh education here. According to the research theme of Kazakh education development, this paper consists of three parts, including three chapters: the first part-the research background, the research difficulties and the brief introduction of Kazakh education development history. It mainly includes the introduction and the first chapter. This part reviews the educational development of the Kazakh ancestors and their descendants (modern Kazakh) during the long period of reform and opening-up in New China from the 7th century BC to the 1980s. This paper outlines the main process of Kazakh education development, briefly explains the source of data and the current research situation, constructs the research theme, basic thought, paper structure system and briefly summarizes the characteristics of this paper. The second part-specific research. It mainly includes the contents of the second chapter of this paper. According to the theoretical analysis above, this part makes a concrete study on the present situation of Kazakh education development and the factors that affect its education development. The third part-thinking and exploring. It mainly includes the third chapter of this paper and the content of the conclusion. On the basis of the analysis and research above, this part has carried on the beneficial thinking and the exploration to the Kazakh nationality education development countermeasure, has drawn the conclusion.
