【摘要】：成人高教的發(fā)展表現(xiàn)為其適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求能力和為社會(huì)服務(wù)的能力大大增強(qiáng),但各類成人學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量差異十分明顯,成人高教進(jìn)一步發(fā)展面臨一定的困難:宏觀管理缺失,學(xué)校自律不易到位;師資隊(duì)伍不整齊,教學(xué)精力投入不足;教材建設(shè)不到位,缺乏成教特色;學(xué)員出勤到課率低,課堂學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間不足;考試規(guī)范化困難,教學(xué)質(zhì)量難于保障。必須采取相關(guān)有效措施來(lái)予以解決。
[Abstract]:The development of adult higher education is manifested in its ability to adapt to the needs of society and its ability to serve society greatly. However, the quality of education and teaching in all kinds of adult schools is quite different. The further development of adult higher education faces certain difficulties: the lack of macro management, the difficulty of self-discipline in schools, the irregular teaching staff and insufficient input of teaching energy, the inadequate construction of teaching materials and the lack of characteristics of adult education, the low attendance rate of students, The classroom study time is insufficient, the examination standardization is difficult, the teaching quality is difficult to guarantee. Relevant and effective measures must be taken to solve the problem.
