論90后大學(xué)生社會主義榮辱觀教育與培養(yǎng)

【摘要】:90后大學(xué)生社會主義榮辱觀的教育與培養(yǎng)不僅關(guān)系到大學(xué)生自身發(fā)展,也關(guān)系到一個國家的發(fā)展和未來。大學(xué)生社會主義榮辱觀對大學(xué)生的行為和社會生活影響重大,同時與社會的穩(wěn)定也有十分密切的聯(lián)系,關(guān)系到中國特色社會主義的和諧發(fā)展。 榮辱觀是社會對人們行為和思想進行評價的道德標準和價值標準,反映的是人們對自身或他人的行為產(chǎn)生的一種內(nèi)在的思想感受、道德評價和價值衡量。進一步來說,對于每一個社會或個體,一般都會有既定標準下的恥辱心和榮譽心。榮辱觀的主要功能有:評價功能、調(diào)節(jié)功能和教育功能。社會主義榮辱觀提出了具體而適當?shù)膬r值評判標準,具有時代性、針對性強的特點、有科學(xué)的層次性和嚴密的邏輯性。 90后大學(xué)生生活時代是經(jīng)濟全球化浪潮在全球涌起的時代,正處于推進中國特色社會主義事業(yè)發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期。大學(xué)生道德價值觀呈現(xiàn)出多元化和復(fù)雜化狀態(tài)、出現(xiàn)榮辱顛倒問題,不少大學(xué)生對西方的文化思想比較推崇,對中國社會主義主流道德和優(yōu)良的傳統(tǒng)道德要求表示冷漠,90后大學(xué)生獨立性增強,但普遍存在集體觀念淡化、個人主義傾向嚴重等問題。針對90后大學(xué)生榮辱觀教育也出現(xiàn)一些問題,如榮辱觀教育重視程度不夠、針對性不強、實踐性較弱、教育系統(tǒng)性不夠等。 把90后大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)成為具有良好科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)和道德素質(zhì)的社會主義合格人才,必須教育和培養(yǎng)他們樹立和堅持科學(xué)的社會主義榮辱觀。通過榮辱觀教育與培養(yǎng),引導(dǎo)他們樹立堅定的共產(chǎn)主義理想和信念,確立人生奮斗目標,不斷加強思想道德修養(yǎng),通過學(xué)校、家庭、社會各方面教育,使他們懂得,在社會主義社會里,在個人成長的過程中,什么是光榮的、什么是恥辱的,怎樣用正確的榮辱觀標準和榮恥界限來約束或激勵自己的思想和行為,逐步成為品質(zhì)優(yōu)良、道德高尚、學(xué)識淵博的人,成長為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的合格的人才
[Abstract]:The education and cultivation of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace after 1990 is not only related to the development of college students themselves, but also to the development and future of a country. The socialist concept of honor and disgrace of college students has a great influence on the behavior and social life of college students, and is closely related to the social stability, which is related to the harmonious development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The concept of honor and disgrace is the moral standard and value standard of social evaluation of people's behavior and thought, which reflects the inner feeling, moral evaluation and value measurement of people's behavior of themselves or others. Furthermore, for every society or individual, there is a sense of shame and honor under established standards. The main functions of the concept of honor and disgrace are: evaluation function, adjustment function and educational function. The socialist concept of honor and disgrace puts forward concrete and appropriate criteria of value evaluation, which has the characteristics of times, strong pertinence, scientific hierarchy and strict logic. The life of post-90s college students is the era of global economic globalization, and is in the important strategic opportunity period to promote the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The moral values of college students present a pluralistic and complicated state, and the problems of honor and disgrace are reversed. Many college students are highly respected for the western cultural thoughts, and are indifferent to the mainstream morality of Chinese socialism and the fine traditional moral requirements. The independence of post-1990 college students is strengthened, but there are some problems such as the desalination of collective concept and the tendency of individualism. There are also some problems in the education of honor and disgrace view of post-90s college students, such as insufficient attention to the education of honor and disgrace concept, weak pertinence, weak practicality, insufficient systematic education and so on. In order to cultivate the post-90s college students into qualified socialist talents with good scientific and cultural quality and moral quality, we must educate and train them to establish and adhere to a scientific socialist concept of honor and disgrace. Through the education and cultivation of the concept of honor and disgrace, we should guide them to establish firm communist ideals and beliefs, establish the goal of struggle in life, constantly strengthen their ideological and moral cultivation, and make them understand through all aspects of education in schools, families and society. In a socialist society, in the process of individual growth, what is glorious and what is shameful, and how to use the correct standards of honor and disgrace and the boundaries of honor and disgrace to restrain or motivate one's own thoughts and actions, and gradually become of good quality, A person of high moral character and profound knowledge who has grown into a qualified person in the socialist modernization drive
