對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生思想現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析及其教育對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:2008年秋,高校迎來(lái)第一批“90后”大學(xué)生,他們正逐漸成為校園主體,加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治水平的提高和綜合素質(zhì)的全面提升,是構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的必然要求。隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代的到來(lái)和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,“90后”大學(xué)生的思想特點(diǎn)、價(jià)值觀念帶有很強(qiáng)的時(shí)代烙印,出現(xiàn)了許多新的特征。順應(yīng)教育對(duì)象和教育環(huán)境的改變,準(zhǔn)確把握“90后”大學(xué)生的思想新特點(diǎn),探索對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生教育的有效對(duì)策,是加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的緊迫任務(wù),也是增強(qiáng)高校學(xué)生工作實(shí)效性的需要。本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、文獻(xiàn)研究法,選取成都市四所高校300名調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行研究,從人生觀、價(jià)值取向、政治觀、道德觀、戀愛(ài)觀、職業(yè)觀等方面對(duì)“90后”大學(xué)生的思想特征進(jìn)行了調(diào)查分析。調(diào)查顯示:“90后”大學(xué)生在思想上主流健康、具有堅(jiān)定的社會(huì)理想、熱愛(ài)祖國(guó)、具有較為積極向上的人生態(tài)度和較強(qiáng)的社會(huì)責(zé)任感、堅(jiān)持社會(huì)主流價(jià)值取向,但調(diào)查也反映出“90后”大學(xué)生思想上存在一定的問(wèn)題:抗壓能力不足、個(gè)體缺乏責(zé)任心、價(jià)值取向功利色彩較重、心理調(diào)適能力不高、政治信仰出現(xiàn)偏差、道德觀與道德行為知行不能合一。雖然存在上述問(wèn)題,,但調(diào)查顯示“90后”大學(xué)生在思想上主流是健康向上的。在調(diào)查分析出“90后”大學(xué)生的思想特征后,對(duì)其思想特點(diǎn)的形成原因也進(jìn)行了探析,從國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)文化環(huán)境和國(guó)內(nèi)教育環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。最后,在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,有針對(duì)性地提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)“90后”大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的對(duì)策思考,期望能對(duì)高校思想政治教育工作有所裨益。
[Abstract]:In the autumn of 2008, colleges and universities welcomed the first group of post-90s college students. They are gradually becoming the main body of the campus, strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students, and promoting the improvement of the ideological and political level of college students and the overall improvement of their comprehensive quality. With the coming of the era of knowledge economy and the continuous development of the market economy, the ideological characteristics and values of the "post-90s" college students have a strong brand of the times. Many new features have emerged. In accordance with the change of educational objects and educational environment, we can accurately grasp the new ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students, and explore the effective countermeasures to the post-90s college students' education. It is an urgent task to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students, and it is also the need to enhance the effectiveness of college students' work. Three hundred subjects from four colleges and universities in Chengdu were selected to study the outlook on life, value orientation, politics, morality, love, etc. The investigation and analysis of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students show that the post-90s college students have a strong social ideal and love their motherland. It has a positive attitude towards life and a strong sense of social responsibility, and adheres to the social mainstream value orientation. However, the investigation also shows that there are some problems in the thinking of the post-90s college students: the ability to resist pressure is insufficient, the individual lacks the sense of responsibility, The utility color of value orientation is heavy, the ability of psychological adjustment is not high, the political belief is deviated, morality and moral behavior can not be combined. However, the investigation shows that the ideological mainstream of the post-90s college students is healthy and upward. After the investigation and analysis of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students, the reasons for the formation of the ideological characteristics of the post-90s college students are also analyzed. This paper analyzes the international economic and cultural environment, the domestic educational environment, the family environment and the social environment. Finally, on the basis of the previous analysis, the author puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of the post-90s college students. It is expected to be of benefit to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
