【摘要】：胡錦濤總書記提出的以“八榮八恥”為主要內(nèi)容的社會(huì)主義榮辱觀，精辟概括了社會(huì)主義社會(huì)的主導(dǎo)價(jià)值體系，充分體現(xiàn)了新世紀(jì)新階段我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的客觀要求，明確規(guī)定了社會(huì)主義道德規(guī)范與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的品格，具有較強(qiáng)的指導(dǎo)性、針對性和現(xiàn)實(shí)性。在新世紀(jì)全面推進(jìn)中國特色社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的征程中，我們迫切需要夯實(shí)全體社會(huì)公民，特別是大學(xué)生群體的思想道德基礎(chǔ)。 大學(xué)生是國家和民族的未來與希望，能否解決好大學(xué)生的思想道德素質(zhì)問題，既關(guān)系著每個(gè)家庭的安寧與和諧，更關(guān)系著中華民族的偉大復(fù)興和社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的興衰成敗。樹立正確的社會(huì)主義榮辱觀，不僅要發(fā)揚(yáng)中華民族的優(yōu)良傳統(tǒng)，還要體現(xiàn)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的時(shí)代精神；不僅要立足本國，還要面向世界；不僅要把握今天，還要面向未來。因此，在新世紀(jì)，高校思想政治教育工作者要努力增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的針對性，不斷提高大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的實(shí)效性。 本文在了解社會(huì)主義榮辱觀的歷史發(fā)展、本質(zhì)特征及其“社會(huì)主義”蘊(yùn)意和剖析社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育意義的基礎(chǔ)上，對新時(shí)期高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)榮辱觀現(xiàn)狀和高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)效果進(jìn)行了調(diào)查，分析了大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀存在的問題及其成因，并有益借鑒國外的道德教育思想，確立了新時(shí)期高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的指導(dǎo)思想、總體目標(biāo)和基本原則，提出了大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的基本思路，，即樹立“以生為本”的教育理念、鞏固高校社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的主體地位、深化社會(huì)主義榮辱觀的教育內(nèi)容、拓展高校社會(huì)主義榮辱觀的教育途徑、加強(qiáng)以社會(huì)主義榮辱觀為內(nèi)容的師德教育和搭建突出社會(huì)主義榮辱觀內(nèi)容的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)，同時(shí)構(gòu)筑了高校大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育的長效機(jī)制，為新時(shí)期我國高校更好地開展大學(xué)生社會(huì)主義榮辱觀教育提供了一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Hu Jintao put forward the socialist concept of honor and disgrace with "eight honors and eight disgraces" as the main content, which summed up the dominant value system of the socialist society. It fully embodies the objective requirements of China's economic and social development in the new century and new stage, and clearly stipulates the character of the socialist moral code to keep pace with the times, and has strong guidance. In the course of comprehensively promoting the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new century, we urgently need to consolidate the ideological and moral foundation of all social citizens, especially college students. College students are the future and hope of our country and nation. Whether we can solve the ideological and moral quality of college students is related to the peace and harmony of every family. It is also related to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the success or failure of the socialist cause. To establish a correct socialist concept of honor and disgrace, we should not only carry forward the fine traditions of the Chinese nation, but also reflect the spirit of the times that keeps pace with the times. We should not only base ourselves on our own country, but also face the world; Therefore, in the new century, the ideological and political educators in colleges and universities should strive to strengthen the pertinence of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace. We will continuously improve the effectiveness of the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace for college students. This article is based on the understanding of the historical development of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace, its essential characteristics and the implication of "socialism" and the analysis of the educational significance of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace. This paper investigates the present situation of college students' concept of social honor and disgrace and the teaching effect of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, and analyzes the problems and causes of the socialist concept of honor and disgrace of college students. And useful reference to foreign moral education ideas, the establishment of the new era of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace education guiding ideology, overall goals and basic principles. This paper puts forward the basic ideas of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace, that is, to establish the educational concept of "student-oriented", to consolidate the main position of the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities, and to deepen the educational content of the concept of socialist honor and disgrace. To expand the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace in colleges and universities, to strengthen the moral education of teachers with the content of socialist concept of honor and disgrace and to build a network platform to highlight the content of socialist concept of honor and disgrace. At the same time, it constructs the long-term mechanism of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace, which provides a certain reference for colleges and universities to better carry out the education of college students' socialist concept of honor and disgrace in the new period.
