基于知識共享的高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理研究

【摘要】:本文以知識管理理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合我國高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)發(fā)展和管理的實(shí)際情況,找出知識管理理論應(yīng)用于高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的可行性本文主要研究教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識管理中知識共享環(huán)節(jié),通過分析高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知識共享中存在的問題,尋求優(yōu)化教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理的思路 本文采用理論分析和實(shí)踐分析相結(jié)合的研究方法,梳理了國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)于教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識管理和知識共享的理論采用文獻(xiàn)研究法了解關(guān)于本題目的研究現(xiàn)狀同時也進(jìn)行了實(shí)際調(diào)研,獲得了高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理的第一手資料針對知識共享中的核心問題編寫訪談提綱,采訪了某高校5個教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì),羅列了這些教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)行中知識共享活動找出影響教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知識共享因素,結(jié)合高校教育發(fā)展的形勢,提出幫助高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理的策略 本文從教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)和知識的特征入手,研究知識在高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)中流動過程和方式,構(gòu)建教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識共享網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)模型分析了團(tuán)隊(duì)構(gòu)成要素和網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)知識共享的影響本文認(rèn)為隱性知識是教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的核心知識,知識的循環(huán)轉(zhuǎn)化過程能擴(kuò)充團(tuán)隊(duì)知識庫,促進(jìn)教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)展 本文認(rèn)為高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)的良好發(fā)展需要政府社會高校和教師等各方共同作用將知識管理理論引入高校教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)管理,是一個適應(yīng)知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代發(fā)展的客觀需求,可以為教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和管理注入新的活力,,并且提升知識價(jià)值和利用率,有利于提高高等教育質(zhì)量,助力我國教育事業(yè)發(fā)展
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge management, this paper combines the actual situation of the development and management of teaching team building in colleges and universities in China. To find out the feasibility of applying knowledge management theory to the management of teaching teams in colleges and universities this paper mainly studies the knowledge sharing links in the knowledge management of teaching teams and analyzes the problems existing in the knowledge sharing of members of teaching teams in colleges and universities. This paper adopts the research method of combining theoretical analysis with practical analysis, in order to optimize the construction and management of teaching teams. Combing the theories of teaching team knowledge management and knowledge sharing at home and abroad, using literature research method to understand the current situation of research on this topic, and also carried out a practical investigation. The author has obtained first-hand information on the construction and management of teaching teams in colleges and universities, compiled an interview outline for the core issues in knowledge sharing, and interviewed five teaching teams in a certain university. This paper lists the knowledge sharing activities in the operation of these teaching teams and finds out the factors that affect the knowledge sharing of teaching team members, combining with the situation of the development of higher education. This paper, starting with the characteristics of teaching team and knowledge, studies the process and mode of knowledge flowing in the teaching team of colleges and universities, and puts forward the strategies to help the construction and management of teaching team in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the influence of team elements and network structure parameters on the knowledge sharing of teaching teams. This paper argues that tacit knowledge is the core knowledge of teaching teams. The cyclic transformation of knowledge can expand the team knowledge base, To promote the development of teaching team this paper holds that the good development of teaching team in colleges and universities needs the joint action of government, colleges and universities and teachers to introduce the theory of knowledge management into the management of teaching teams in colleges and universities. It can inject new vitality into the construction and management of teaching team, and promote the value and utilization of knowledge, which will help to improve the quality of higher education and help the development of education in China.
