【摘要】：隨著日漸劇烈的社會變革,人們所面臨的各種壓力也越來越多。大學(xué)生作為新時代的生力軍需要應(yīng)對不斷提高的發(fā)展要求和嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn),他們是否具備相應(yīng)的心理素質(zhì)及對抗挫折的能力引發(fā)了各界關(guān)注,實施抗挫折教育勢在必行。由此,構(gòu)建思想政治教育視域下的大學(xué)生抗挫折教育機(jī)制,推動抗挫折教育取得良好效果,就顯得尤為重要。文章共分為四個部分:第一部分,簡介選題的緣由和意義,梳理國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明研究方法和創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分,對思想政治教育、抗挫折教育、機(jī)制、大學(xué)生抗挫折教育機(jī)制四個核心概念進(jìn)行界定,并探析了思想政治教育視域下大學(xué)生抗挫折教育機(jī)制的特征及構(gòu)建的必要性。第三部分,通過對大學(xué)生抗挫折教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查,總結(jié)已取得的成效及存在的問題,并對存在問題進(jìn)行原因剖析。第四部分,即本研究的重點,也是創(chuàng)新之處。針對存在問題的原因提出相應(yīng)的解決對策,即在思想政治教育視域下構(gòu)建大學(xué)生抗挫折教育機(jī)制,協(xié)同“高校主導(dǎo)”、“家庭輔助”、“社會支撐”、“評估反饋”四個組成模塊,全方位開展大學(xué)生抗挫折教育。本文將思想政治教育與大學(xué)生抗挫折教育相融合,構(gòu)建思想政治教育視域下的大學(xué)生抗挫折教育機(jī)制,促進(jìn)理論與實踐相結(jié)合,為大學(xué)生抗挫折教育提供了研究思路及具體可行的操作方案。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce social change, all kinds of pressure faced by people more and more. Students as a force for the new era of development to enhance the reality and challenge, whether they have the ability to fight back the corresponding psychological quality and caused the attention from all walks of life, the implementation of anti frustration education is imperative. Therefore, from the angle of constructing thought the political education of College Students under the anti frustration education mechanism, promote the good effect of anti frustration education is particularly important. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is introduction, reason and significance of the topic, research status at home and abroad, expounds the research methods and innovations. The second part of the ideological and political education, anti frustration education, mechanism, mechanism of anti frustration education of university students defines four core concepts, and analysis of the ideological and political education from the perspective of college students frustration education The characteristics of education system and the necessity. The third part, through the investigation on the current situation of anti frustration education of university students, summarizes the achievements and problems, and to analyze the reasons for the problems. The fourth part is the focus of this study, but also innovation. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems in the the reason, namely the construction of the mechanism of anti frustration education of university students in the perspective of Ideological and political education, collaborative "university leadership", "family support", "social support", "feedback" four modules, to carry out a full range of anti frustration education of University students. The ideological and political education and college students' frustration education combines, from the angle of constructing the ideological and political education of College Students under the anti frustration education mechanism, promote the combination of theory and practice, education provides research ideas and feasible scheme for college students frustration.
