【摘要】： 當(dāng)前，在教育領(lǐng)域，技術(shù)中性論是人們廣為接受的技術(shù)價(jià)值理論，“技術(shù)是一把雙刃劍”是其觀點(diǎn)的經(jīng)典表述，但遺憾的是，中性論的理論基礎(chǔ)已經(jīng)遭到了來(lái)自哲學(xué)界的廣泛質(zhì)疑，其觀點(diǎn)根本靠不住。這樣一來(lái)，一個(gè)亟待解決的問(wèn)題擺在我們的面前：技術(shù)是負(fù)荷價(jià)值的，而樂(lè)觀論和悲觀論由于觀點(diǎn)相左又過(guò)于極端已淡出人們的視野，那么，技術(shù)的教育價(jià)值的本質(zhì)是什么，它又是如何被創(chuàng)造的? 本文以“效應(yīng)說(shuō)”作為技術(shù)教育價(jià)值問(wèn)題研究的理論依據(jù)，提出了“教育技術(shù)化”和“技術(shù)教育化”的概念，在從“過(guò)程”和“狀態(tài)”兩個(gè)方面論述了其具體涵義之后，又從實(shí)踐層面對(duì)這兩個(gè)概念進(jìn)行了事實(shí)分析。具體來(lái)說(shuō)，教育技術(shù)化是指，在教育活動(dòng)過(guò)程中，技術(shù)的屬性、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能和規(guī)律等技術(shù)因素通過(guò)某種方式作用于教育，使教育發(fā)生變化并進(jìn)而轉(zhuǎn)化為教育的本質(zhì)力量。技術(shù)教育化是指，在教育活動(dòng)過(guò)程中，教育主體運(yùn)用其智慧通過(guò)外部力量作用于技術(shù)并使教育主體的本質(zhì)力量對(duì)象化于技術(shù)之中，技術(shù)因之而發(fā)生變化。并且認(rèn)為，教育技術(shù)化即是技術(shù)教育價(jià)值的本質(zhì)表現(xiàn)，是技術(shù)教育價(jià)值的彰顯；技術(shù)教育化是技術(shù)教育價(jià)值的創(chuàng)造，是技術(shù)教育價(jià)值的累積。 最后，本文認(rèn)為樹立這樣的技術(shù)價(jià)值觀是必要的：技術(shù)不是中性的，技術(shù)是負(fù)荷價(jià)值的，技術(shù)所負(fù)荷的價(jià)值能夠改變教育主體的本質(zhì)力量，一般而言，，這種改變能夠增強(qiáng)教育主體的實(shí)踐能力，但是，雖然實(shí)踐能力增強(qiáng)了，也并不意味著高效率教育活動(dòng)的產(chǎn)生，要想取得高效率的教育活動(dòng)，還需要依靠有效的設(shè)計(jì)和恰當(dāng)?shù)膶?shí)施。
[Abstract]:At present, in the field of education, technology neutrality is widely accepted as the theory of technological value, and "technology is a double-edged sword" is the classical expression of its view, but unfortunately, The theoretical basis of the neutropism has been widely questioned by the philosophical circle, and its viewpoint is not reliable at all. In this way, an urgent problem lies before us: technology is a load value, and optimism and pessimism have faded out of sight because of their conflicting and extreme views, so what is the essence of the educational value of technology? How was it created? Based on the theory of "effect theory", this paper puts forward the concepts of "educational technicalization" and "technological educationalization", and then discusses its specific meaning from the two aspects of "process" and "state". From the practical level, the two concepts are analyzed in fact. Specifically, educational technicalization means that in the process of educational activities, technical factors, such as attributes, structures, functions and laws of technology, act on education in a certain way, so that education changes and then transforms into the essential force of education. Technological education means that in the process of educational activities, the subject of education uses its wisdom to act on technology through external forces and makes the essential power of the subject of education become the object of technology, and technology changes as a result. And it is believed that the technology of education is the essential expression of the value of technical education, the manifestation of the value of technical education, the creation of the value of technical education and the accumulation of the value of technical education. Finally, this paper holds that it is necessary to set up such technological values: technology is not neutral, technology is load value, the value of technology load can change the essential force of educational subject, generally speaking, It also depends on effective design and proper implementation.
