【摘要】：本文采取問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)農(nóng)村與城市已經(jīng)參加隨班就讀的教師對(duì)全納教育思想的態(tài)度與認(rèn)識(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)查與比較分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)教師對(duì)全納教育的態(tài)度由對(duì)全納教育的利、弊以及特殊教育學(xué)校的利組成;(2)無(wú)論農(nóng)村還是城市教師都對(duì)特殊學(xué)校教育持最贊成的態(tài)度,同時(shí)又對(duì)全納教育有較高的支持率;(3)農(nóng)村和城市教師對(duì)全納教育的理解與態(tài)度有顯著差異,且農(nóng)村被試的意見(jiàn)分歧要大一些;(4)城市教師對(duì)全納教育所持的否定、負(fù)面的看法多于農(nóng)村教師,農(nóng)村教師對(duì)全納教育持更積極的態(tài)度;(5)農(nóng)村與城市教師對(duì)全納教育的態(tài)度都沒(méi)有受到師資培訓(xùn)的類(lèi)型、時(shí)間等因素的影響。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire survey, this paper makes a comparative analysis and investigation on the attitude and cognition of teachers in rural and urban areas who have already participated in the class to the idea of inclusive education. The results show that: (1) the teachers' attitude towards inclusive education consists of the advantages and disadvantages of inclusive education and the advantages of special education schools; (2) both rural and urban teachers have the most favorable attitude towards special school education. At the same time, there is a higher support for inclusive education; (3) there are significant differences in the understanding and attitude of rural and urban teachers towards inclusive education, and the differences of opinion of rural subjects are greater; (4) urban teachers hold negative attitude towards inclusive education. The negative view is more than rural teachers, rural teachers have a more positive attitude towards inclusive education; (5) the attitude of rural and urban teachers to inclusive education is not affected by the type of teacher training, time and other factors.
