【摘要】：本研究根據(jù)以往的研究文獻、訪談，探究人格與職業(yè)傾向之間的影響關(guān)系。 采用大五人格量表、霍蘭德職業(yè)傾向測驗量表，對涵蓋20個本科專業(yè)的大三學生進行測量，獲得包括專業(yè)背景、性別在內(nèi)的十三個變量。通過變量之間的相關(guān)分析，，運用線性模型進行單變量和多變量變異數(shù)分析(Multivariate general linear model)，獲得基本的數(shù)據(jù)特征。利用以上的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果分析大五人格各變量對職業(yè)傾向的影響關(guān)系。 本次調(diào)查研究得出以下結(jié)論： 1．大五人格因子的神經(jīng)質(zhì)傾向存在極其顯著的性別差異。 2．大五人格和職業(yè)傾向類型之間存在豐富的交互影響作用。 3．職業(yè)傾向存在顯著的性別差異。 4．職業(yè)傾向在專業(yè)背景上存在顯著的差異。 5．職業(yè)價值觀對職業(yè)傾向存在顯著的影響。
[Abstract]:This study, based on previous studies and interviews, explores the relationship between personality and professional tendencies.
The big five personality scale, Hollander occupation aptitude test scale to measure covering 20 undergraduate Junior, including professional background, thirteen variables including sex. Through the analysis of the correlation between variables, using the linear model of single variable and multivariate quantitative analysis of variance (Multivariate general, linear model) the basic features of the data obtained. The impact of each variable on the big five personality occupation tendency of relationship analysis using the above data.
The following conclusions are drawn by the study.
There are extremely significant gender differences in the neuroticism of the 1. five personality factors.
There is a rich interaction effect between the 2. five personality and the professional tendencies.
There are significant gender differences in 3. occupational tendencies.
There are significant differences in professional background between 4. professional tendencies.
5. occupational values have a significant impact on career orientation.
