[Abstract]:As reported on the website of the United States Department of Education on 18 October 2013, The US Department of Education (U.S.Department of Education) and the Department of Health and Human Services (U.S.Department of Health and Human Services) announced 16 states and District of Columbia (Columbia) as applicants for the "competitive Best"-early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC) program.
