【摘要】：隨著我國高校心理健康教育的不斷發(fā)展,依托朋輩輔導(dǎo)模式推動大學(xué)生心理健康教育成為許多高校努力探索的方向之一。在多樣化的朋輩輔導(dǎo)模式中,心理委員制度是其中一種典型形式。心理委員制度在我國高校獲得了蓬勃發(fā)展,但在實(shí)踐中也存在著保障機(jī)制、支持機(jī)制和監(jiān)督機(jī)制的缺位現(xiàn)象,從而使得我們對心理委員的角色定位、職責(zé)限定都顯得容易理想化,缺乏操作性,因此需要對心理委員制度實(shí)施過程中的問題進(jìn)行深入反思,并提出改進(jìn)的方法對策。
[Abstract]:With the development of mental health education in colleges and universities in our country, it is one of the directions that many colleges and universities make great efforts to promote the mental health education of college students by relying on the peer counseling mode. In the diversified peer counseling model, the psychological committee system is one of the typical forms. The psychological committee system has developed vigorously in colleges and universities in our country, but in practice there is also the absence of the safeguard mechanism, the support mechanism and the supervision mechanism, which makes us position the role of the psychological committee member. The limitation of duty is easy to idealize and lack of maneuverability, so it is necessary to deeply reflect on the problems in the process of implementing the psychological committee system and put forward the countermeasures for improvement.
