教育投資在山東經(jīng)濟增長中的作用分析

【摘要】: 教育投資對經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有確定的促進作用,但是在不同的國家和地區(qū),在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的不同時期和階段,在不同的產(chǎn)業(yè)和行業(yè)中,教育投資的貢獻是有差別的。針對教育投資在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的貢獻問題,本文以山東省為研究對象,應用人力資本經(jīng)濟學和計量經(jīng)濟學的相關(guān)理論與方法,對教育投資作為內(nèi)生性要素在經(jīng)濟增長中的貢獻和具體作用機制進行了實證研究。 本文首先系統(tǒng)回顧和評析了國內(nèi)外教育經(jīng)濟的相關(guān)理論,其次介紹了教育投資的相關(guān)概念,對教育投資與經(jīng)濟增長進行了定性討論,為其后的定量分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),隨后運用大量的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)來說明山東省教育投資的現(xiàn)狀以及山東省教育投資與省際水平比較,然后運用菲德模型從總量上回歸分析了山東省教育投資對經(jīng)濟增長的作用,以及運用生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型回歸分析了不同層次教育投資對山東省經(jīng)濟增長的作用,指出目前山東省教育投資對經(jīng)濟增長具有促進作用。 通過研究發(fā)現(xiàn),山東省的教育投資對經(jīng)濟增長具有顯著的促進作用,其產(chǎn)出彈性高于資本和勞動力的產(chǎn)出彈性。在過去的近20年的時間里,職業(yè)中學和中專教育對山東省經(jīng)濟增長的貢獻最大,同時,隨著近些年來經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,山東省人均公共教育經(jīng)費支出也有了較大幅度的增長。 增加教育投資有助于促進山東省實際經(jīng)濟總量的增長,減少教育投資將制約山東省實際經(jīng)濟總量的增長。山東省的教育投資和實際經(jīng)濟增長之間穩(wěn)定的存在著某種協(xié)同互動的均衡關(guān)系,教育投資的波動與經(jīng)濟增長的波動總是高度密切相關(guān)的。因此,充分認識教育投資對我國經(jīng)濟增長的重要性,著力改變目前我國教育投資不足的問題,在教育投資于經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系上形成教育促增長、增長促投資、投資興教育的良性循環(huán),在我省具有極其重要的戰(zhàn)略意義。
[Abstract]:Education investment has a definite role in promoting the development of economy, but in different countries and regions, the contribution of education investment is different in different periods and stages of economic development in different industries and industries. In view of the contribution of education investment to regional economic development, this article is based on Shandong Province as the research object and applied people. The related theories and methods of force capital economics and econometrics are used to make an empirical study on the contribution and specific mechanism of educational investment as an endogenous factor in economic growth.
This paper first systematically reviews and evaluates the related theories of education economy at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduces the related concepts of education investment and qualitative discussion on educational investment and economic growth. It lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent quantitative analysis, and then uses a large number of statistical data to illustrate the status of Education investment in Shandong and Shandong. The provincial education investment is compared with the inter provincial level. Then it uses the fad model to analyze the effect of education investment on economic growth in Shandong Province, and the regression analysis of the role of educational investment at different levels on the economic growth of Shandong province by using the model of production function, and points out that the education investment in Shandong has a promotion on the economic growth. Effect.
Through the study, it is found that the education investment in Shandong province has a significant promoting effect on economic growth, and its output elasticity is higher than the output elasticity of capital and labor. In the past 20 years, vocational secondary school and secondary school education have contributed most to the economic growth of Shandong province. At the same time, with the rapid economic development in recent years, Shandong province has developed rapidly. The per capita expenditure on public education has also increased considerably.
Increasing the investment in education will help to promote the growth of the actual economic total in Shandong province. Reducing the investment in education will restrict the growth of the actual economic total in Shandong province. There is a balanced and balanced relationship between the education investment and the real economic growth in Shandong province. The fluctuation of education investment and the fluctuation of economic growth are always high density. Therefore, the importance of education investment to China's economic growth is fully understood, and the problem of insufficient education investment in our country is changed at present. In the relationship of education investment to economic growth, education and growth, growth promoting investment, and the virtuous circle of investment and education are of great strategic significance in our Province.
