【摘要】：教育政策制定的過程是一個(gè)政策動(dòng)態(tài)運(yùn)行的過程,教育政策問題的確認(rèn)是整個(gè)政策動(dòng)態(tài)過程的邏輯起點(diǎn),直接影響著教育政策過程各后續(xù)階段的程序和任務(wù),決定著整個(gè)政策過程的走向,因此教育政策問題的確認(rèn)是教育政策制定的前提和基礎(chǔ)。本文從教育政策問題確認(rèn)的概念界定、動(dòng)態(tài)確認(rèn)過程及應(yīng)注意的問題三個(gè)方面對(duì)教育政策問題的確認(rèn)作以探討,以期為教育政策的制定有所裨益。
[Abstract]:The process of education policy making is a process of policy dynamic operation, and the confirmation of education policy is the logical starting point of the whole policy dynamic process, which directly affects the procedure and task of the following stages of the education policy process. Therefore, the confirmation of educational policy is the premise and foundation of educational policy making. This paper probes into the confirmation of educational policy from three aspects: the definition of the concept of the confirmation of educational policy, the process of dynamic confirmation and the problems that should be paid attention to, in order to benefit the formulation of educational policy.
