比較視野下貴州省高中課程改革策略研究

【摘要】:普通高中教育作為基礎教育的重要組成部分,銜接著義務教育和高等教育,其教育質(zhì)量和水平不僅決定著高等教育的生源質(zhì)量,而且影響著社會勞動力的實際狀況。在當代教育改革的大背景下,世界各國非常重視高中階段的教育改革,把高中課程改革作為改革的核心內(nèi)容。我國2004年啟動了新一輪的高中課程改革,貴州省于2010年秋季進入課程改革實驗;趪H視野,從課程改革策略的理論出發(fā),尋求欠發(fā)達省域——貴州省的高中課程改革策略,不僅有助于拓展高中課程改革的研究領域,進一步豐富課程改革理論,豐富高中課程改革研究的方法論視野,也有助于增強課程改革的針對性和實效性,有助于學校、教師、學生和家長提高認識并真正融入課程改革。 立足于國內(nèi)外高中課程改革的歷史與現(xiàn)實,本研究運用國別比較與國內(nèi)區(qū)域比較方法,進行區(qū)域高中課程改革策略的理性選擇。國別比較研究的結論顯示,美國、日本和印度等國的高中課程改革始終強調(diào)學生的主體作用,堅持學生發(fā)展的課程理念,突出終身學習的課程目標,力求課程結構的整合化;始終強調(diào)課程內(nèi)容的基礎性、注重民主參與的課程管理;始終強調(diào)基礎性課程、提倡多樣化課程、開展綜合實踐課程,關注非智力素質(zhì)的發(fā)展。與此相應的是,國內(nèi)省域比較的結論也顯示,我國高中課程改革的理念基本符合國際高中課程改革的發(fā)展趨勢。不過,中國的高中課程改革是由中央政府統(tǒng)籌指揮、地方自主實施的課程改革,因此具有原則的統(tǒng)一性、豐富的地方性、多樣的校本性等特征。在實施過程中,通過樣本校策略積極穩(wěn)妥推進課程改革,通過科研引領提升課程改革的水平,通過特色校本豐富課程改革的內(nèi)涵,注重穩(wěn)妥處理課程改革與高考間的關系,不斷加大政策扶持和資金投入,強化課程改革過程中的校長和教師培訓,逐步達成高中課程改革的理想和目標。 基于國別比較和省域比較的研究基礎,研究者對貴州省高中課程改革情況進行了系列調(diào)研。調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),貴州省課程改革存在理念有待內(nèi)化、課程改革條件欠缺、資源系統(tǒng)化程度低、管理機制不靈活、改革與教學評價之間相沖突等問題。面對困境,貴州省高中課程改革應從以下方面突破:(1)實現(xiàn)高中課程改革中央政策與貴州實際的有機結合;(2)建立系統(tǒng)化的高中課程改革制度;(3)構建省級地方課程框架與完整科學的高中課程結構;(4)建立一支系統(tǒng)的、執(zhí)行力強的高中課程改革隊伍,發(fā)揮高中課程改革隊伍的基礎性作用。(5)實施科學多元化的課程改革評價。 高中課程改革是一項具有重要意義的教育改革,其實施策略的研究和分析具有時間跨度和空間深度。從某種意義上講,課程改革策略及其實施是相對的,必須根據(jù)不同區(qū)域甚至學校實際情況來選擇,必須科學劃分宏觀、中觀和微觀策略的界限和功能。另一方面,這種策略及其實施又是相對穩(wěn)定的。教育作為一種公共服務的育人事業(yè),不可能朝令夕改,策略-旦選擇,必須按照教育教學規(guī)律和人的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,穩(wěn)步向前推進。對于諸如貴州這樣的欠發(fā)達省份實施高中課程改革,在策略選擇上,必須從時間的跨度和空間的深度進行分析,學習借鑒國內(nèi)外的經(jīng)驗做法并實現(xiàn)本土化,以期更好地推進課程改革,實現(xiàn)貴州省高中課程改革與全國同步,實現(xiàn)國家制定的高中課程改革的目標,以此推動貴州高中教育的跨越式發(fā)展,這既對貴州省高中教育發(fā)展意義重大,就全國而言,影響也將是深遠的。
[Abstract]:The general high school education , as an important part of basic education , is connected with compulsory education and higher education . The quality and level of education not only determines the source quality of higher education , but also affects the actual situation of the social labor force . In the background of the reform of the contemporary education , the countries of the world attach great importance to the reform of high school curriculum reform .
Based on the history and reality of high school curriculum reform at home and abroad , this study applies the national comparison and domestic regional comparison method to the rational choice of regional high school curriculum reform strategy . The conclusion of the country comparative study shows that the reform of high school curriculum in the countries such as USA , Japan and India always emphasizes the subject function of the students , insists on the curriculum idea of students ' development , emphasizes the course goal of lifelong learning , and seeks the integration of curriculum structure ;

In the course of implementation , the reform of high school curriculum in China is basically in line with the development trend of international high school curriculum reform . Based on the research of the comparison between the country and the province , the researchers conducted a series of research on the reform of high school curriculum in Guizhou province . The research found that the concept of curriculum reform in Guizhou province is to be internalize , the condition of curriculum reform is deficient , the degree of resource systematism is low , the management mechanism is not flexible , the reform and the teaching evaluation are in conflict with each other . In the face of the predicament , the reform of high school curriculum in Guizhou province should be broken through : ( 1 ) the realization of the central policy of high school curriculum reform and the organic combination of Guizhou ;
( 2 ) Establish a systematic high school curriculum reform system ;
( 3 ) To construct the high school curriculum structure of provincial local curriculum framework and complete science ;
( 4 ) Establish a system of high school curriculum reform team with strong ability to carry out the basic role of the high school curriculum reform team . ( 5 ) Implement the curriculum reform evaluation of science diversification .
The reform of high school curriculum is an important educational reform . The research and analysis of its implementation strategy has time span and spatial depth . In a sense , curriculum reform strategy and its implementation are relatively stable . In some sense , this strategy and its implementation are relatively stable .
