高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷中的心理疏導(dǎo)研究

【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟社會迅速發(fā)展的今天,人類以其非凡的智慧和辛勤的勞動創(chuàng)造了前所未有的物質(zhì)文明,但縱觀人類的精神文明領(lǐng)域卻差強人意。社會道德下滑、價值觀偏頗、心理失調(diào)已成為現(xiàn)代社會精神領(lǐng)域的病疾。因此,關(guān)注現(xiàn)代人心理狀況、品格培養(yǎng)、人文灌溉、特別是關(guān)注當代大學生群體精神需求、良好心理素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)已成為現(xiàn)代社會的當務(wù)之急。隨著黨中央對高校思想政治教育及人文關(guān)懷的日益重視,人文關(guān)懷中的心理疏導(dǎo)作用也逐漸凸顯,其在縮短師生之間角色距離,優(yōu)化思想政治教育效果方面發(fā)揮了重要功效。但同時也應(yīng)該看到,部分高校對思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的心理疏導(dǎo)的重視程度還不夠,及至影響到思想政治教育功能的發(fā)揮及效果。分析思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷中心理疏導(dǎo)的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,有針對性地提出相應(yīng)對策是當前思想政治教育面臨的艱巨任務(wù)和重要課題。本論文主要分為五個部分進行撰寫。第一部分為引言部分:主要包括闡釋論文選題的研究背景和意義,相關(guān)文獻綜述整理,選題的研究方法及創(chuàng)新點;第二部分(第一章)為思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷概述,主要揭示了思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的概念、范疇和內(nèi)涵;第三部分(第二章):主要論析了高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷中的心理疏導(dǎo)的內(nèi)涵,特點及意義,指出心理疏導(dǎo)是思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷的題中之義,明確心理疏導(dǎo)在人文關(guān)懷中的重要作用;第四部(第三章):深入分析了高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷中的心理疏導(dǎo)存在的主要問題及成因;第五部分(第四章):有針對性地提出加強高校思想政治教育人文關(guān)懷中的心理疏導(dǎo)的對策。如:運用多種心理疏導(dǎo)方法;發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)載體作用,保證心理疏導(dǎo)的即時性和有效性;創(chuàng)設(shè)高校和諧的人文校園文化;提高教育者人文關(guān)懷素養(yǎng)與心理疏導(dǎo)能力等。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and society, human beings have created unprecedented material civilization with their extraordinary wisdom and hard work, but the field of human spiritual civilization is unsatisfactory. Social moral decline, biased values, psychological disorders have become a disease of modern social spiritual field. Therefore, it is urgent for modern society to pay attention to the psychological condition, character cultivation, humanistic irrigation, especially to the spiritual needs of contemporary college students and the cultivation of good psychological quality. With the increasing attention of the Party Central Committee to the ideological and political education and humanistic care in colleges and universities, the psychological guidance in humanistic care has gradually become prominent, which has played an important role in shortening the distance between teachers and students and optimizing the effect of ideological and political education. But at the same time, it should be seen that some colleges and universities pay less attention to the ideological and political education humanistic care psychological guidance, and even affect the function of ideological and political education and its effect. It is an arduous task and an important task for ideological and political education to analyze the present situation and existing problems of psychological guidance in the humanistic care of ideological and political education and to put forward corresponding countermeasures accordingly. This paper is composed of five parts. The first part is the introduction part: mainly includes explaining the research background and significance of the selected topic of the thesis, summarizing the related literature, the research method and the innovation point of the topic selection; The second part (chapter one) is an overview of humanistic care in ideological and political education, which mainly reveals the concept, category and connotation of humanistic care in ideological and political education. The third part (Chapter two): mainly analyzes the connotation, characteristics and significance of psychological guidance in the humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and points out that psychological guidance is the meaning of humanistic care in ideological and political education. It is clear that psychological guidance plays an important role in humanistic care; The fourth part (Chapter three): deeply analyzes the main problems and causes of psychological guidance in the humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities; The fifth part (chapter four) puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the psychological guidance in the humanistic care of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Such as: to use a variety of psychological counseling methods; to play the role of network carrier to ensure the immediacy and effectiveness of psychological counseling; to create a harmonious humanistic campus culture; to improve the humanistic care literacy and psychological guidance ability of educators and so on.
