【摘要】：大學(xué)組織學(xué)習(xí)是大學(xué)作為學(xué)術(shù)共同體為了與不斷變化的外部環(huán)境保持一致,在實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)職能的過程中,進(jìn)行整體創(chuàng)造知識(shí)、改善行為和優(yōu)化體系的過程。大學(xué)通過反饋學(xué)習(xí)、變革學(xué)習(xí)和深度學(xué)習(xí)等不同形式的學(xué)習(xí)對大學(xué)的運(yùn)行機(jī)制、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和治理理念產(chǎn)生影響。當(dāng)前大學(xué)組織學(xué)習(xí)面臨思維滯后、主體錯(cuò)位和知識(shí)迷思等現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,推動(dòng)大學(xué)組織學(xué)習(xí)的可能之道包括轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,注重開放系統(tǒng)的觀念;優(yōu)化體制,推進(jìn)大學(xué)校長職業(yè)化;組織重建倫理,賦予組織知識(shí)的地位。
[Abstract]:University organizational learning is a process in which the university, as an academic community, creates knowledge, improves behavior and optimizes the system in order to keep consistent with the changing external environment and to realize the functions of the university. Different forms of learning, such as feedback learning, transformational learning and in-depth learning, have an impact on the operational mechanism, organizational structure and governance concept of the university. At present, the university organizational learning is faced with such practical difficulties as thinking lag, subject dislocation and knowledge myth. The possible ways to promote university organizational learning include changing ideas, paying attention to the concept of open system, optimizing the system, promoting the professionalization of university presidents, and so on. Organizational reconstruction ethics, giving the status of organizational knowledge.
