【摘要】：作為知識分子的教師教育者需要有對教育意義的承諾,以實現(xiàn)教師教育品質(zhì)的提升。在專業(yè)化的過程中,教師教育者日漸塑造為教育知識的傳授者與教學(xué)技能的培訓(xùn)者。雖然這樣的專業(yè)角色能夠完成現(xiàn)有的教師教育工作,卻忽視了教育意義的探究。重新喚醒教育意義,需要教師教育者回歸知識分子的形象。具體而言,教師教育者成為知識分子需要繼承教育人文傳統(tǒng),不斷闡釋與守護歷史經(jīng)驗中的教育意義,同時要主動融入教育變革的行動中,創(chuàng)造具有時代精神的教育意義。
[Abstract]:As intellectuals, teachers and educators need to have a commitment to the significance of education, in order to achieve the quality of teacher education. In the process of professionalization, teachers and educators are increasingly becoming teachers of educational knowledge and trainers of teaching skills. Although such a professional role can complete the existing teacher education, it ignores the exploration of educational significance. To reawaken the significance of education, teachers and educators should return to the image of intellectuals. In particular, teachers and educators who become intellectuals need to inherit the humanistic tradition of education, constantly explain and protect the educational significance of historical experience, at the same time, they should actively integrate into the action of educational reform, and create the educational significance with the spirit of the times.
