【摘要】：高校思想政治理論課(簡稱高校思政課)是大學生的必修公共課,也是當前高校教學課程體系的重要構成部分,擔負著對大學生進行系統(tǒng)的馬克思主義理論教育、幫助大學生形成正確思想道德觀念的重要責任。作為高校思政課教育教學活動開展的重要組成部分——高校思政課教師,他們的理論素養(yǎng)深度和專業(yè)知識廣度是促進高校思政課質與效提升的關鍵性因素。為此,本文嘗試從分析高校思政課程、高校思政課教師真實需求和網(wǎng)絡教學平臺的應用優(yōu)勢等多個與高校思政課相關的要素入手,設計出助力高校思政課教師實現(xiàn)教、學、研、管四位一體的網(wǎng)絡空間產品原型,以期促進高校思政教師教與學質的改善。文章首先采用文獻研究法對“教育云環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡空間”和“高校思政課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展”兩個基本問題的國內外現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理,歸納總結出在當前網(wǎng)絡信息技術飛速發(fā)展的背景下開展高校思政課教師網(wǎng)絡空間原型設計研究的必要性及關鍵性影響因素。然后在分析高校思政課教師、學生、課程等相關教學要素的基礎上設計了“高校思政課教師網(wǎng)絡空間設計需求調查問卷”,獲取高校思政課教師對網(wǎng)絡空間的認識現(xiàn)狀和對網(wǎng)絡空間的功能需求等相關數(shù)據(jù)。至此,我們根據(jù)前期的需求和數(shù)據(jù)分析,提出了高校思政課教師網(wǎng)絡空間的設計原則和策略,并詳細闡述了其概念模型和功能模塊設計。最后,采用基于設計的研究方法,通過迭代反復的分析、設計、評估和改進完善完成了高校思政課教師云平臺中教師空間的產品原型設計。在國家積極推進教育教學改革和教育信息化建設的今天,利用網(wǎng)絡技術推動高校思政課程建設,搭建符合思政課教師發(fā)展規(guī)律的個人網(wǎng)絡空間,將現(xiàn)代化技術手段與思政課教育管理相結合,豐富教師的課堂教學,促進教師的教學研發(fā)展,對推動當下高校思政課教學改革、改善思政課教師個人網(wǎng)絡空間應用現(xiàn)狀、提高教育教學實效以及促進教師全面發(fā)展都有著非凡的意義。本研究旨在通過對筆者自身參與的“高校思想政治理論課程教育云”項目中教師空間產品設計過程進行反思和梳理,并按照完整業(yè)務流程的形式進行闡述,以期彌補當前設計的產品原型存在的不足并為其他相關研究與設計提供借鑒與經驗參考。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities (abbreviated as the ideological and political course in colleges and universities) is a compulsory public course for college students and an important part of the current teaching curriculum system in colleges and universities, which is responsible for carrying out systematic Marxist theoretical education for college students. The important responsibility of helping college students to form correct ideological and moral concepts. As an important part of the teaching activities of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, the depth of their theoretical literacy and the breadth of their professional knowledge are the key factors to promote the quality and effectiveness of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, the real needs of teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, and the advantages of the application of network teaching platform, and so on, so as to design some factors related to the ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, and to help them to realize the teaching, learning and research of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. The product prototype of cyberspace is designed to improve the teaching and learning quality of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities. Firstly, the paper uses the literature research method to sort out the domestic and foreign current situation of the two basic problems of "cyberspace under the educational cloud environment" and "the professional development of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities" at home and abroad. This paper sums up the necessity and key influencing factors of the research on cyberspace prototype design of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities under the background of the rapid development of network information technology. Then, on the basis of analyzing the relevant teaching elements, such as teachers, students and courses of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, this paper designs a questionnaire on the needs of cyberspace design for teachers of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. To obtain the current situation of teachers' understanding of cyberspace and the functional requirements of cyberspace and other relevant data. So far, according to the demand and data analysis, we put forward the design principles and strategies of the network space of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities, and elaborated its conceptual model and function module design in detail. Finally, through iterative analysis, design, evaluation and improvement, the product prototype design of the teacher space in the cloud platform of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities is completed by using the design-based research method. At a time when the state is actively promoting the education and teaching reform and the construction of educational information, the use of network technology to promote the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, and to build a personal network space that conforms to the law of the development of ideological and political teachers, Combining modern technical means with educational management of ideological and political course, enriching teachers' classroom teaching, promoting the development of teachers' teaching and research, promoting the reform of ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities, and improving the present situation of the application of personal cyberspace for ideological and political teachers. It is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of teaching and to promote the overall development of teachers. The purpose of this study is to reflect on and sort out the design process of teachers' space products in the project of "ideological and political Theory Curriculum Education Cloud", which the author participates in, and to elaborate on the form of complete business process. In order to make up for the shortcomings of the current product prototype and to provide reference and experience for other related research and design.
