瀝青改性環(huán)氧樹脂沖蝕磨損性能

【摘要】:測(cè)試了瀝青改性環(huán)氧樹脂材料的力學(xué)性能和沖蝕磨損性能,研究了瀝青摻量(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))對(duì)環(huán)氧樹脂力學(xué)性能和沖蝕磨損性能的影響,并分析了其沖蝕磨損機(jī)理.結(jié)果表明:瀝青的加入降低了環(huán)氧樹脂的拉伸強(qiáng)度,但在一定程度上提高了其沖擊韌性;瀝青改性環(huán)氧樹脂材料的沖蝕行為表現(xiàn)出半塑性材料的沖蝕特征,最大沖蝕率出現(xiàn)在沖蝕角為45°時(shí),其沖蝕率隨沖蝕速率增加而增大,沖蝕率與沖蝕速率呈冪函數(shù)關(guān)系,速率指數(shù)為2.74~3.17;瀝青摻量為10%時(shí),瀝青改性環(huán)氧樹脂表現(xiàn)出良好的沖蝕抗力,適合用作強(qiáng)風(fēng)沙流地區(qū)混凝土橋梁墩身等的沖蝕磨損防護(hù)材料;瀝青改性環(huán)氧樹脂材料的沖蝕是沖蝕能量法向分量和切向分量共同作用的結(jié)果,法向分量使材料表面產(chǎn)生裂紋和破碎,切向分量使材料表面產(chǎn)生切削.
[Abstract]:The mechanical properties and erosion wear properties of asphalt modified epoxy resin were tested. the effect of asphalt content (mass fraction) on the mechanical properties and erosion wear properties of epoxy resin was studied, and the erosion wear mechanism was analyzed.
